Actually with all the time it has been now, it turned out the dream meant my fight getting out of a repressive religion, wich was telling me all outsiders were monsters and devil worshippers. When you are raised this way you tend to believe it to be so, haha. I do understand now that violence is never the best option, and I do all I can to come up with passive solutions. But when the time comes to defend what i love and that confrontation is inevitable, i do what i must.

I appreciate the thought though

Greeting everyone!

My name is IceDelta and I am a 32 yr old canadian. For years i have been intrigued about the metaphysical realm and all of its subtelties. I have been researching and studying common links between religions and i have also been practicing magic for the last 8 years. But my true curiosity with all metaphysical would start even before that. It was when i had this dream as a kid ( I was around 10 when it first came up): I would be in a city divided in two, one side all normal and happy humans, the other all monsters, zombies, etc. My family on the "good" side would advise me to never cross the limit that leads to the "bad" side as it would surely lead to me to perish in pain and suffering. An advice I wouldn't listen to. A strong feeling that i had to cross the "bad" side would overcome me and I would decide to cross over. As i crossed to the other side i would be rapidly and rabidly attacked by all of the "monsters" in the area and die...


This was the first time i died, in my dreams anyway. But here is the really intriguing part: every two months on the full moon i would have this dream come again. And every time i would have it, i would notice more and more details in my surrondings. I would notice weapons (baseball bats, knives, guns, once there was a fork and so forth), and tools to help me on my quest to conquer the "bad" side of the city. But everytime i would do the dream, i would end up dead anyway except the dream would last longer each time as i would become more "trained" in the monster killing art.

Around the twenieth time( i was around 12), i had noticed by then the pattern of two months and started anticipating the dream. Then it happened: An old man, wich was not there before in the previous dreams was there. He was tall, had a long beard and a staff. He wore a long dress divided in four colors like a checker board, and he looked at me but didn't say a word. Then he pointed me in the direction of a sword wich i had never noticed was there in the previous happenings. It was in a display attached to the wall of my room behind a piece of glass, and it was shining. When I had turned back to see the old one, he had dissapeared...

So I took the sword, and went on with the adventure. I killed many zombies and monsters that night, the dream lasted forever. I was fighting and fighting, and it seemed like it would never end. But as I was going further in the "bad" side, i had a strong feeling that it was near the "goal". I had no idea at the time what it was, but i just had to push a little more through and I would be "there". At some point i was facing a very tall wall. As tall as a city building. I could hear the monsters still coming at me from the streats around, screaming and roaring. So i closed my eyes and thought: I have to climb that wall! When i had opened them again brick had come out of the wall!!!

So I started to climb the wall, and I could see the monsters trying to follow me. I climbed even faster. After a while i got to the top. Some more agile monsters were a couple feet lower then i was so I turned around and was ready to fight them. And the brisck that had come out went back into place and they all fell down the wall! Relieved, I turned around as I was feeling I had finally got "there". It was night time so i could see very well but there was grass on the ground and there stood three doors that weren't hanging to any wall. I heard a voice: "Choose wisely". There was nothing differentiating the three doors. The only thing was i had the feeling i had to choose the middle one, wich i opened without hesitation.

Behind it was a woman of light, so shiny that i could barely see the shape of her face. She had a very soothing voice and said to me: "You have gone through many ordeals to get here, I am proud of you! Take my hand, and follow me."

So i took her hand, and followed her into the door and then I woke up in my bed, angry at the fact the dream was over. I started to fear that since i had "finished" it, it wouldn't come back. Wich it didn't. Months passed, and averything in the real world seemed to become boring and inintereting. I would pray for the dream to come back, to continue, in vain. But exactly one year after that it came back, the exact same dream. And the year after and so on ...

After the third year, i started to develop some talents, i could feel energies from people. I would be able to sense deep emotions from others also. I startes to see auras, and energies in the air. I was a Jehovah's Witness at the time ( I had been since i was a baby) and all of this metaphysical science is highly forbidden by them. I was judged, and labeled and to make my parents proud i started to ignore my talents completely. But eventually, I left the religion

I continued having the dream though, year after year. Until I met a woman, the very day after i had the dream, she was so beautyful and sweet. A strong feeling that she was the woman of light overcame my soul. I became friends with her really fast and she gave me a book called : Manual of the Warrior of Light by Paulo Coelho. I read it in an hour. And not so long after that i was starting to study magic, meditation and astral projection.

I have been experimenting with all kinds of magics, but always in the intention of helping others find the light and all of my studies and reasearch have been towards a goal of sharing and contributing to the happinness of others.

I decided to join this forum as I have found that its teaching are very accurate and similar to the fruit of my research. I wish to help people as good as I can to achieve their spiritual goals and i figure that part of that could be helping others wich are far from me over the internet.


So yeah, this is my story, and i have may others but this is my main "life quest" story.

Okay i stumbled upon this place and have been reading on these forums for the past week or so. I didn't register until i came across this post. I happen to be practicing magic for a little time now (5 years) and i believe he wishes to summon the spirit as it is referred in the lesser keys of solomon and doing so staying in the physical world.

I don't know what books, translations or whatever you came across so far. But there is a complete set of tools, medallions and special equipment that you need to craft for yourself in order to do this and remain in the physical world. Indeed there are some protection that you need to get for yourself. And there is a lot of preparation, in doing so. You need to understand that this science uses all of the six senses in order to make a complete experience and manifest your desires and intentions. It uses visual, smell, touch, taste, sound and psychic references to anchor your intention and fixate it so you can project it.
