Hard to say what you experienced.

When you said your 'astral body' was bright blue and white how did you know that? 
Could you see ALL of yourself or only part of yourself?
Meaning, was it similar to when you look at yourself in the 3D without any mirrors.

What I like to do to make sure I am out of body 'For Real' is just look directly at my hands.
When I see 'Translucent-Blue' then I know I am out of body. (then they start to melt)
Did your bright blue and white body seem translucent? (See through)

I rarely 'see' advertisments for anything here myself.

There is a LOT of info on this site that has nothing to do with any of the material that can be purchased.

I get the 'News Letters' in my email and I can opt out of them if I desire.

I believe there is a pretty good balance here.  No one is forcing anyone to buy anything.

Also a BIG plus here is the fact there are no hyper-links ads within the posts.  Those annoy me greatly.
So, I believe Adrian has been more then fair with giving away a lot of his work right within this forum.

Go check out other websites with similar subject matter and see the difference.  Some even ban you right away for even 'questioning' anything they do.

This past weekend there was a wonderful conference in Barcelona Spain on Exo-Politics.
(Click on the Hyper-link and it will give you a Wikipedia explanation of what is Exopolitics.)

Many speakers were there as well as many attendees.
It was streamed live over the internet and I watched a good part of it when I had the chance.

Many of us that are interested in this field have pretty much agreed that Bob Dean was this 'hit' of the conference.
(That could be up for debate.  Someone else maybe their 'hit'. )
He is widely and well known in Ufology for many years now.
He is a soft spoken man.  He is a very eloquent man.
His presentation many of us are starting to believe was his Swan Song.
He is in his early 80's now and we can understand he would like to officially 'retire'.
He has tried before but, he is such a giving soul that he has come back time and again to share what he has learned.

I strongly recommend you all to watch his presentation from July 25th,
It is very enlightening and he shows some photos that I have not seen before.
It was too bad he ran out of time. He had a few more to post up on the big screen.

Sadly for me I barely understand English much less other languages so I missed a few because of my lack of language skills. 
I am hoping some of these will be translated at some point.

[Any ideas on the Throat Area vibrating so hard?]

I have been having trouble getting out for some odd reason for the last few months.

Anyways, last night I became aware of the vibrations per usual.
Except that this time I felt them real strong in my throat for whatever reason THAT was.
At first I 'thought' I was sleeping on a single bed next to a wall on my left.
So I tried my roll out method to the right.
Of course it was not working because I sleep on a Queen Mattress with Mrs Dood on my right.
I actually sleep more to the left edge of our bed. With the bedroom door a couple of feet away.

So I then 'realized' where I was then rolled out to my left.
I did the slow motion fall to the floor as I have done before.
Quite annoying but it was 'working' so to speak.
I land on the floor on all fours.
I tried to crawl out of the bed room and I could feel the carpet under my hands.
My vision was pretty dark and I was concentrating on 'seeing'. Which of course was pretty damn black...[Sigh]
Silly thoughts kept popping up like "Don't open your eyes or you will wake up..." OR..." Why can't I stand up...Or fly?"
I thought I saw my hands for a split second but, I was slipping back into dream state.
I believe I started out in dream state to begin with because of the disorientation of me sleeping on a single bed in the first place.

I had a 'vibration' last week where I felt it come on and it was stronger then anything I have felt before...different too somehow.
Last night's vibration felt nearly as 'strong' but like I said it was more concentrated in my throat.

Any ideas on the Throat Area vibrating so hard?

Ever since I had a strange 'encounter' where I was paralyzed last year from what I thought was a normal beginning to a OBE (vibrations) I then have had trouble with my OBEs.
That was a different experience all together where I could NOT move no matter what I did and then saw 'someone' at the foot of my bed.
This 'being' told me to relax and walked around to where my head was and reached down to 'touch me' and that is ALL I remember...
I did ask this being's "Who are you...?" while he (he?) walked around my bed and all I remember of what he said was was "DOD" or "Don".
I firmly believe that ET can mess with us and abduct us.  I also 'sensed' someone else in the room but I could not turn my head to see.
I also believe that our governments can also abduct humans too and/or work in conjunction with ET.

I printed this out last year sometime...I used a Full Duplex Printer...and I am thankful I did that. 

I figured what these Patches did was open up our '4 Barrel Carburetors' in our bodies...
So while we were sleeping we were Revving to go! 

It's not like we're physical people in a room together and someone can go get a lie detector. The internet isn't a real place and you can make up anything here. I flew to Jupiter last night. Lie detect that!

No, I am not taking a shot at the UmmaGumma.  In fact I believe the UmmaGumma.
Why wouldn't I?  I can smell a lie for the most part and so can most here.
There is no need for a Lie Detector because we work on Trust and when that trust is ever broken then you never can build it back to 100% ever again.
There will always be that bit of doubt.  So the 'experienced' person will not lie because there is no VALUE in it.
UmmaGumma is telling the truth....that is easy to 'see'.

I would love to have an OBE with my wife.  However, she has only had one that she can 'remember' openly outside of dreams. (A year or so ago)
A few years ago when we were trying to quit smoking we wore 'The Patch' to bed and had very VIVID, Full Technicolor DREAMS...hehe!
I mean EROTIC VIVID DREAMS...with other people...haha! We would both wake up the next day and sheepishly look at each other until we both revealed our dreams.
We were flabergassed at how we had the same kinds of dreams but, just not with each other....  This was well before I had my more recent Awakenings and OBEs. 
I would say this was in the mid 1990's.
I am thinking about quitting smoking again (to save money) and using The Patch again to see if I can have even more Lucid dreams.
I do not care for the Erotic part...I really don't.  For some reason that is not near as important to me anymore like it use to be. 
I remember waking up while wearing that Patch and having to 'think' of which 'Reality' was REAL.... That was how powerful those dreams were.
So if I can recreate that again WITH what I know now then I am real curious as to what I can accomplish...

when i say completely believe i mean with little to no doubt, there are some other things mentioned in the bible that i believe in, but not with enough integrity to say that i completely believe in them.

i suppose i cant class myself as a christian, maybe as someone with some similar views as christians, but not enough to be classed as one.

People can believe what ever they want....
Religion over the corse of centuries has given us a 'Mind Set'.
We need to break from that mind set and live our lives.

Who wrote the bible?  How was it written? Where did the words come from?
Christians will tell me it is from GOD! As in the Prime Creator! 
Well, what about the Law of One?  Anyone here ever heard of that?
My point is that the Law of One was channeled.  The bible had to be channeled too.
In it's 'beginnings' that is. Since then and especially the King Jimmy Version the bible has been 'changed' to meet the political structures of that day.
However, if I tell a Christian that the Law of One is channeled no different then the bible then I am told it is SATAN'S works.  Sure...Right! 

Ever notice that in the Old Testament that 'God' was jealous and quite spiteful?  This tells me that who ever this 'God' was in the Old Testament then it is NOT the Prime Creator.
There are many 'gods' in the bible.  Who are these beings and what is their purpose?
I really believe that these beings are NOT of this Earth but, they are not 'gods'.  They are higher advanced beings then us but, not necessarily better then us.

Religions are full of Good People!  Good honest people!  However, that doesn't mean that Religion is a Good Thing.
The 'Teachings' I mean.
We have been fooled for far too long. Now, more then ever...People are finally Waking UP!

I also am of the belief that we Humans USED to have 12 strand DNA at one point.  We were altered by these So Called 'Gods'.
They dropped our DNA via genetic engineering to 2 strands of DNA so we would not surpass them.
Even though that was done to us over the coarse of eons we are still Becoming Aware!
We are evolving into 4th Dimensional beings.

You know, I've asked before for a good 'starting' Moen book (I've read all Monroe's books)  and every time I ask I get "they're all good".  Can you recommend one to start?  I don't want to buy them all, at least not at once.

I would start with the first actually.  It may be slow reading since you probably know a lot of it but, they ALL have their place.
Try the library if you do not want to spend any money on them.

Journeys out of the body (Rober monroe) is the first one you should read of his series because it's the first one he wrote out of the series of three he wrote (Journeys out of the body/Far Journeys/Ultimate Journey)

I agree with this.
Start out with Monroe then read Bruce Moen's books.
You will understand Bruce Moen's books that much more by already understanding Monroe's 'terms' and such.

What I liked about Moen was that he was very skeptical while writing most of his books.
He would not commit (yet) to this being 'real' until he did it for years.

Everyone has their own 'Triggers' that open up their 'Awareness'.
You simply need to find yours.

What got me going and it may or may not help you is:
Robert Monroe's books.
Bruce Moen's books.

These are not on your poll.

When you are trying to separate from your 3D body?

If that is the case then simply roll out of bed.
I remember once 'waking up' and seeing my (Astral) legs dangling straight up toward the ceiling.
My head was 'stuck' too.  It was kinda funny now that I remember that.
Since then I always roll out and that seems to 'break' the bond a lot easier then sitting up in bed.

I have been reading it.  I find it to me quite 'Enlightening'.
We have to remember that the Author is not a professional Author and mistakes can be made here.

I do not get a feeling that it is all made up either.  It feels legit to me.

I am no expert either but, I do believe that Dimensions are real and we travel within them while we dream, project, etc.
How 'far' we travel I 'think' depends on our growth spiritually and all of that.

When we 'die' I also believe depending on our spiritual growth we travel 'deeper' into other Dimensions.

Sorry, but, I believe and have read some pretty good info that we DO have our own 'Craft'.
You can pretty much accept the fact that the Triangles are OURS...

We have been back engineering craft and other tech since the early 1940's.  Not just Roswell.
Where do you think Microchips, Lasers, Fiber Optics, etc came from?
We went from Horse & Buggy 'Tech' up to what we have today.  About 100 years.
We had Vacuum Tubes then all of a sudden we are high tech in two decades?
This is what we were ALLOWED to see too by the way. Not what is really out there.
And it is 'funny' that we still use 19th century technology when it comes to our automobiles.

NASA is the White Space Program.  It is run by the DoD.  They say it is a civilian agency but that is a lie.
We do have a Black Space Program and we have had one for decades.
That is where the Triangles come in to place.

The world we wake up and 'see' everyday is NOT the world we are lead to believe....Remember that!
We haven't been a Democracy for decades either. That is another LIE and another story all together...
