i have only met about two people i can really talk about this with, my gf and her dad, who is a very spiritual person...my parents just think im a little strange but understand my ways.  I am also greek orthodox, but being into the other reality only positively influences my life.  If it comes up it dows..but I dont just spring it onto others...they might not be ready. 

Yea try govt. mercenaries with no accountability...right now they are being shut down, but before all of this controversey they were let to do whatever the hell they wanted.  They work with and apart from the military...its just a militia, and a bunch of dudes who are getting paid to kill.

 just practice your body as a whole leaving, not just isolated parts..or once one part is loose concentrate on the feeling and letting it go to the other parts

just do it the natural way with suggestion and intent, and of course practice...I've come to the point that I have lucid dreams almost every night, most of the time i dont even have to try to become lucid..i just am now...it took years of practice to become that way almost ten years of my life

mind awake, body asleep...and of course practice practice practice.  In short, there is no easy way, just intent and practice

That is a strange phenomenon, I have had the same thing happen to me many times before.  You really aren't sure what is going on; but it is a really good time to take control and move into the lucid dreaming state, and then even further to an oobe.  Give it a try.
