thanks a lot ice

i had many experiences which i am not sure of AP, Obe or dream. Could anyone help me with this.
Every time it start with a weird feeling and vibration. The first time a decorated vehicle raised from nowhere and entered through my third eye, then i was floating, with incredible joy(cant explain how i felt) it lasted for a long time. I was thinking that i am going to meet the creator. The thought was intense. then it dropped me in the middle of a crowd. back to my body.
Then gradually i became aware that this may be obe. so i tried to be observant. twice i watched my body laying in the bed clearly. Once i tried to go out of the room but cant. Many experiences i have forgotten. Please tell me to reassure that this is obe......
Once i woke up with my heart still vibrating to a very high frequency......so on

Just finished reading this book based on Adrian's excellent review (see above link).

It is without question one of the best spiritual books I've ever read (and I've read a lot over a good many years).
