I had a weird experience last night after dreaming. I have had experiences like this before and they happen every once in a while. But this time is scared me because of the way it happened. I never thought of it as an OBE until today. Anyway I was dreaming about a concert I was at earlier that day (and no I wasn't drinking, I'm pregnant) but I woke up suddenly and I couldn't move. My eyes were open and fixed on the ceiling so I couldn't tell if I was awake or asleep or even if I really had my eyes open or closed. I couldn't not move at all, my body was worm almost hot and it was humming and I could here it in my ears almost like my ear drums were about to pop but didn't. I forced my self to close my eyes but I still couldn't move. When I first woke up and my eyes were fixed on the ceiling I couldn't tell if I was breathing or not so I forced myself to take deep breaths.
I have had similar experiences like this when I was younger except they were different. When I was trying to wake up then my body felt heavy and I couldn't move. I would have to wait for a few minutes to get control back and it never scared me I thought it was just my body waking up. This time around I think it was the noises i was hearing and my body feeling hot and my eyes being open that scared me.
So my question is, is this an OBE or am I loosing my mind?
