In Islam, a Martyr isn't only a person who dies fighting on the battlefield. A Martyr is also a woman who dies giving childbirth. A Martyr is a man who dies defending his family from thieves.  A Martyr is a person who dies from the plague or stomach cancer. A Martyr is a man who loved a woman, but he was unable to marry her. He loves only her and it's impossible for him to love another woman except for her, so he stays chaste and remains patient until he dies. He too is considered a Martyr - a Martyr of Love.

In Islam, we believe that God judges each and everyone of us by our intentions. What appears on the outside of a person may be different from the reality that is inside. An example is some people who donate large amounts of money to charity but do this to be well-known and be called 'generous' instead of purely for the sake of God. Another example would be a man who kills an evil man in order to save an innocent life, but people who did not witness the entire incident would think he was a murderer. However, God knows our intentions and judges us by what is in our heart.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) told us the story about an Israelite prostitute who noticed a thirsty dog while she walking. She took off her shoe and gathered water from the well and poured it in her shoe then gave it to the dog to drink. God forgave her all her sins and had mercy on her because she showed mercy. Her intention was purity and selflessness for the sake of Allah.

In the end, the issue isn't about music. What's most important is that you embrace Islam and testify that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is His Final Prophet and Messenger.

We cannot change God's Laws in any way. If a scholar declares that it's  permissible to cheat on your wife or rape somebody, not only is he ignored but he also becomes a disbeliever.

We follow two things in Islam - the Qur'an which is God's Word and the Sunnah which is the Way of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). If any scholar or leader contradicts the Qur'an and Sunnah in any way, then we are not to obey them in that.

Muslim families are tightly knit and very close. We don't have to worry about our father getting a gun and killing his own wife and children like happens in your country. This phenomenon in the West is so common you even call it "Familicide". We can walk down the street and go to the mall without worrying about some madman going on a public shooting rampage. We can send our children to school safely where they don't have to worry about their fellow pupils bringing a gun to school and shooting up the classroom. In response to your attitude about not living without music... Then how could you ever reach enlightenment and attain true spirituality if you can't even sacrifice your addiction to music? There are children starving in Africa and Asia and the rest of the world who don't even have a bite to eat. All they want is some food and water to live then you say you can't live without music? No, that's a lie. You can't live without food and water, the kind that nourishes not only your body but also your soul. You can't live without God.

In Islam, we are allowed to marry once we reach puberty - this defines adulthood. It is also the same in Judaism - once you hit puberty you are also considered an adult and a Jewish boy will have his bar mitzvah while a Jewish girl will have her bat mitzvah.

In Islam, we don't have any type of physical or sexual contact with the other gender before marriage. Therefore, we are encouraged to marry young (normally around 15-20) so this prevents us from falling into the sins of fornication/adultery. The majority of Muslims don't get married until after they graduate from university - around 25-30. This causes a lot of problems because it also is unnatural and denies a person his natural right to intimacy. It is best if all people marry by the age of 18.

We don't have sexual perversion. In Western society you accept pornography, homosexuality, sadomaschism, rape, scat-tinkle, necrophilia, bestiality, and all types of sexual perversions. About woman being created from a crooked rib, sure what's your big deal?

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

"Treat your women with affection. Verily, the woman is created from the rib. The most crooked rib is the upper one - if you try to straighten it, you will break it."

We Muslims also have a saying that goes like this:

"The first woman was created from the rib of a man.  She was
not made from his head to top him, nor his feet to be trampled
upon by him, but out of his side to be equal to him, under his
arm to be protected by him, and near his heart to be loved by him."

The Qur'an was sent as a Guide to all of mankind by the Allah - the One and Only God, the Creator of all that exists. Islam simply means submission to God. A Muslim means one who submits to God.

The greatest misconception by non-Muslims that Islam was a new religion started by an Arab named Muhammad. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) did not create his own religion, rather he was the final Prophet and Messenger following the same religion and teachings as all of the Prophets that came before him - including Adam, Abraham, Hermes, Moses, David, Jesus (peace be upon them all). They all preached that God is One and that only He should be worshiped.

"Mankind was [of] one religion [before their deviation]; then Allah sent the prophets as bringers of good tidings and warners and sent down with them the Scripture in truth to judge between the people concerning that in which they differed. And none differed over the Scripture except those who were given it - after the clear proofs came to them - out of jealous animosity among themselves. And Allah guided those who believed to the truth concerning that over which they had differed, by His permission. And Allah guides whom He wills to a straight path."

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us that we were all born Muslim, but it is our parents who raised us as Jews, Christians, or other religions. This is why I humbly invite you to embrace Islam which is your true religion. Become a Muslim and you will be my brothers in Islam.

Announce the Shahadah - "I bear witness that there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is His Final Prophet and Messenger. "

"All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black, nor a black has any superiority over a white- except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim, which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not therefore, do injustice to yourselves. "

"O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted. "

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) warned us that one of the Signs of the Day of Judgment is when musical instruments will be widespread and female singers will be popular.

Music is extremely popular today and many people say such foolish things as: "No music, no life" or "I can't live without music."

Listening to musical instruments and female singers is totally prohibited in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Furthermore, Plato and Buddha also prohibited music.

Musical instruments are pagan idols. Music is the 100% expression of the nafs (passions) of the performer. In order to reach enlightenment, one must learn to control his urges and passions. Therefore, music is a hindrance to achieving true spirituality.

What is permissible in these 3 religions is listening to nasheeds which are acapella, vocal-only chanted poetry/songs. The lyrics must also be pure, wholesome, and free from immoral content.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) warned us about the Dajjal (The Antichrist). He said:

Allah is not one-eyed, but the Dajjal is blind in his right eye, and his eye is like a floating grape.

Shall I tell you something about the Dajjal which no Prophet has ever told his people before me? The Dajjal is one-eyed and will bring with him something which will resemble Paradise and Hell; but that which he calls Paradise will in fact be Hell. If you are confused, know that your Lord is not one-eyed, and that no one will be able to see the Lord [in this world].

False prophet? Please. Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the Final Prophet. Here are a list of his end-time prophecies, all of which have come true:

a. The barefooted bedouins competing in building tall buildings. Today we find in the Arabian Peninsula, the Arabs who used to be impoverished herders of camels and sheep, are competing in building the tallest tower blocks. The latest example is the Burj Dubai in the United Arab Emirates which once completed will be the tallest tower in the entire world. b. The Mosques would be like palaces. This is clearly the case, even though the Prophet ordered simplicity in the houses of Allah, the mosques have become more and more fantastic, with golden domes, marbled floors, lavish carpets and chandeliers. c. Disappearance of trustworthiness, so much so that one would only be able to say: "I know a trustworthy person in such-and-such town."

d. The increase in killing, so that the one who kills does not know why he killed, and the one killed does not know why he was killed. Look at the gang warfare where people kill and get killed for no reason, the epidemic of public mass shootings in America, and the new "familicide" (where a man or woman kills his entire family including the children before committing suicide.)

e. The increase of the use of riba (usury/interest) so that no one will able to escape being tainted by it. This clearly the state of the world economy today.

f. The enemies of the Muslims dividing the Muslim's wealth and lands between them, the Muslims abandoning jihad, and concerning themselves only with the worldly matters.

g. The increase of literacy - many people will be able to read but they won't possess true knowledge.

h. The decrease of religious knowledge due to the disappearance of scholars.

i. The increase of musical instruments, and the Muslims making it lawful even though the Prophet has forbidden them.

j. The increase of sexual promiscuity, and new diseases that people had not heard of before spreading amongst them as a consequence of that. This is clear, with the arrival of AIDS, and other previously unheard of Sexually Transmitted Diseases.

k. Appearance of Dajjals (liars, antichrist, imposters), each claiming to be a Messenger of Allah, while Muhammad is the last messenger. There are numerous examples of this, starting with Musailima, who arose in the time of the Prophet, just before his death, to more modern liars such as Elija Muhammad, founder of the Black American racist movement "The Nation of Islam", and India's pretender Gulam Ahmed of Qadian.

l. Nakedness of women while still being dressed and people copulating like donkeys in public. Obviously a direct reference to soft and hard-core pornography, and the way women dress where you can still see their nakedness (cleavage, short skirts) and body shape.

m. The drinking of wine becoming common, and the Muslims making it lawful by calling it another name.

n. Shouting in the mosques and lack of unity.

o. The worst and most ignorant will become leaders and they will be oppressors. George Bush is a prime example.

p. A man will obey his wife and disobey his mother, and treat his friends kindly and shun his father.

q. Men will wear silk and gold, and the making of it lawful by the Muslims even though the Prophet had forbidden it for the men of his 'Ummah (nation).

r. People will abandon the religion for a small worldly gain, and keeping to the religion will be like holding two hot coals.
