Welcome to Astral Consciousness! / I need some help

Just a second ago i tried AP for the first time. I got my left leg into sleep paralysis and then i got so excited i got it out. Then I got my entire body into paralysis and i tried to sit up and raise out but nothing. The entire time my reathing felt cold and strained. Any Help?
