1. Does this sound more like sleep paralysis than the beginning of an OBE?

It seems to me that you started in a sleep paralyse, and once you felt the rush of energy that was the beginning of an OBE. but you freaked out and that's normal for a beginner. I still get scared sometimes by all the sudden energy rush and heart beating. All you need to do is stay calm and you'll be out in a second.

2. If it sounds more like sleep paralysis, how can I prevent myself from having sleep paralysis instead of an OBE?

You don't prevent it, you actually want it!, because sleep paralysis is like a gate to OBE. once your there all you got to do is have the intention and strongly think about leaving your body. and it will be helpfull to try any exit method that you prefer so you can trigger the OBE faster.

3. Is it normal to still be able to have physical sensory perception of things around me before an OBE?

From my experience. Yes. and sometimes you'll be completly aware of what's happening near you in the physical world while your out of your body! oh yes!, Not to mention the "double vision" and some other crazy stuff. its normal.

4. Does anyone else reading this see anything similar to what they've experienced?

Oh yes it happens to me all the time and I'm sure there's lot of people here who share the same experience as you've had.

5. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting my astral body out of my physical body, without moving my physical body?

Try The Rope Technique -google it- when done right it triggers the astral body pretty fast. at least for me it does.

A quite short and simple answer for me. I am naturally curious about everything in this world and when I started having them spontaneously I wanted to learn how I can help others with these experiences through God (and I still do)

pretty much the same thing here.

There's something about these voices that really bothers me, when I ignore them and leave my body I cant hear or see or feel anyone around me anymore. so where the hell did these voices came from ?

it seems too real to be just in my head, plus some of what they said i don't think i can make it up myself.

and if we assume they are there but hiding or for some reason you cant see them when u leave your body, why are they near my body all the time when i project ? how did they know I'll project at this moment ? could it be that they are around us ALL the time ? or could it be that they were the one that been helping us projecting in the first place ? ... so many questions in my head but I'll leave it for later ....

Intersting, since both Fear and Love come from the same place in the human body-the heart area-. I imagine thinking of one will override the other.

1.What do you think god thinks about astral projection?

To be honest, even though i practice it, but it still doesn't feels right to me. if it is OK to visit the astral plane then why is it hidden from our eyes in the first place? and why is it strongly linked with witchcraft? and why so far there isn't one single working technique to project?-it's pretty much always left to 'chance', who controls these 'chances' ?
I'm not sure but I'm slowly starting to believe that god doesn't approve it. 

2.Is it possible to reach god with astral projection?

You can 'reach' god in so many ways, but if you mean 'meeting' him then I'd say that's not likely to happen. unless he wishes so.

I don't believe we as human beings have the abilitie to achieve physical teleportation/flying,etc without the help of other astral entities, mainly through the act of witchcraft. And even if you went down that road-which i dont recommend-it's not that easy to achieve the "privilege" to teleport or fly physicaly.

I think you should read about and experience the astral plane first. Maybe then you'll find a way to achieve your goal.
