The website dictionary.com defines Divination in 3 ways:

• The art or act of foretelling future events or revealing occult knowledge by means of augury or an alleged supernatural agency.


• An inspired guess or presentiment.


• Something that has been divined.

This same website also defines Intuition as:

• The act or faculty of knowing or sensing without the use of rational processes; immediate cognition.


• Knowledge gained by the use of this faculty; a perceptive insight.


• A sense of something not evident or deducible; an impression.

Let's erase any sort of "numerical" (in a metaphorical sense) thought values our subjective experiences (a fancy way to say Ya'lls egos [|)] ) place on those bold terms: inspired guess, immediate cognition, and impression.

Its using this manner, of an intuitive feeling that I make this post - pure feeling and trust in my feelings, allowing them to operate freely through my inherant tools of ego, physical body, etc, to transmit it through this forum and right into your eyes, where you can run it through the same divination process, that process of intuition, to feel it out, and sort it however you see fit.

However you feel fit.


Thats why its important to first, erase your preconceived notion of however I say something is intuited from "the divine" and use your own application from subjective experience. (a fancy way to say, through your own eyes [|)] ).

I feel this applies to ALL posts - and it will make the whole communication process increase in productivity as it were, and so fourth.

Im doing a series of these images, I plan to do a total of 23.

If you have any ideas of ones i could do.. please let me know!

Once I finish all 23 (or more?) I am going to write short interpretations of them all, and illustrate how the symbolism in each works. What do you guys think?

My past dreams have been incredibly involved and detailed, way too much going on, thoughts flying through my dream head, so on, to accurately convey what was going on.. but something I CAN describe, is that the setting has been the same for at least a good portion of each of my dreams the past few nights, and I rememmber dreaming there before..

its like a weird, mall, school, social hangout, place... and ther are always lots of characters for me to interact with... I think i definately have to start practicing a dream journal to get htese dreams out.. they are strangely involved than the dreams im used to having.

So me and my friend who are both pretty "aware" (can't think of a way to define it) Have recently experienced similar characters in our dreams..

In my experience, I was quite lucid but ended up at the end of the dream, having to fight a demon, this demon looked like a normal human just had silver reflective iris/pupils .. whats interesitng is, I had a pair of dudes.. one kinda fat and big, the other smaller, and shorter... they helped me defeat him and then helped me exit the dream once that was taken care of..

My friend's dream.. he was dreaming, not lucid, and in the middle of his dream he ended up in an office building type place, where there were other people whom he engaged in small talk, from what I recall of him telling me, he wanted to get back to his dream.. so two very similar dudes showed him a door to walk though.. one bigger fatter, the other smaller shorter, and once he popped through the door he went back to his normal dream...

any dieas?

I've been "aware" of all this for awhile now, but recently it's beccoming much more controlled and accepted by my being.

With the new belief of my experiences (ill post about my really crazy ones when im not at school lol) .. I've been able to successfully raise energy awareness (or maybe the energy in general) about 2 times.

I can readily do it in both my hands (ever since a day before a rave, where the center of my left palm was aching and strange sensations of heat, i read up on this and discovered it to be common signs of energy movement, which excited me lol)  Anyway.. i go to the rave and dance like mad.. a completely sober experience by the way, a very tribal, intense, and natural feeling of release. I felt very grounded and 'solid' after this experience.. never danced so much before with such little thought in my life... anyway.. ever since then (then being the feeling of heat moving in my left palm)... I've been practicing and exercising with energy in my hands.. each day brings new success of course.  Then, recently, I stumbled onto a reiki meditation site which provided me with an exercise called counting breath or some such similar name..

I decided (felt) the urge to sink into my headphones, with some gyuto monk harmonic overtone chanting, and sink into this exercise. After about 5 mintues I could feel the energy like never before...  whats strange is that it seemed to concentrate in my face of all places!  I calmed down and left the exercise.. returned to normal breathing, and the effects slowly faded out.. taking about 15 minutes to really die down, and return back from the "floaty" feeling.

The second time I did this, the day after, It again returned to my face of all places.

So far, without trying to conceptualize it too much, I've come to the idea that It mght be do to the breathing, and the movement of the energy/prana/etc out of my mouth... it helps if i blow out with my cheeks kind of "full" of the air/energy.. and blow out though an "O" opening in my mouth.. it seems to really pick up in my mouth area then spread to the rest of my face, esp underneath my cheekbones (where i usually first start to notice it).

After doing these exercises I am very sensitive to the energy and its movements.. and the effects last as long as I remain focus.

With these practices, I've noticed a nice level of improvement and awareness... also my ability to notice prana (or more simply energy.. prana is the only term i've come across to define the unevolved energy floating around everwhere) has improved as well.  In the right light, i can notice the 'shine' of it.. but other times.. I merely notice it as a soft layer of "noise" and movement, it is truely everywhere!

Also, since all of this has been happening, i've been feeling more connected to trees, plant life, and animals etc... majorly trees however.. they seem to just be "there" with me most the time. and whenever I touch or sort of embrace one, lean against it etc.. A very comforting feeling grows in me..  its wonderful.

Whats striking to me, is all of this involvemnt in this sort of area sparked from nowhere.. I've given credit to kundalini based on other experiences, and the syncronicity I've experienced, haha, excuse me If I didn't spell that right.. im sort of going stream of concious now.. anyway.. I was wondering mainly, If anyone had any input on why my FACE.. lol.. I will list the order of intensity where I feel it..

Face
Hands
Shoulder/arm "area"
Arms

this is the order:
Hands
Cheekbones (tingles)
Face (buzzing)
(then randomly.. but mostly upper torsoish area, its still fuzzy)

The type of feelings I get range from the most un-intense being fuzzy, then what I like to call "sparkles" which are primarily a cool feeling in contrast to the feeling of heat generated.. and then the more focus I devote, it starts to gain a more electric feeling. The electric feeling is very definitive. When I hold up my left hand.. and generate (or become aware, im still not clear on this) energy between the two of my hands.. I can then hold my left hand still.. and rotate.. move.. influence the energy with my right hand.. When I try the opposite, (left around right) i usualy only pick up feelings of heat with my left, rather than sensations in my hand. (except for last night, where I some how was able to feel the movement in my right hand as opposed to left, but I'm still very new to all this!)

Hey all, luckily I stumbled onto this site ( a forum ive been wanting for awhile, only found it when I forgot, wink wink) Anyway.. theres a post about the music of tool, and I noticed many of you got into a discussion about the artwork.

I reccomend researching Alex Grey.... hes a visionary artsit that I'm sure you will all like.. he did the art for lateralus, the animated sequence at the end of the parabola video, and the set design for the recent tour they just had....

the point of what?

NLP is strangely a very dilluted sence of what the whole story is, I think. Of course you know how it goes with "proof".

But here is the theory:

What they are up to goes far beyond NLP in the sense that it works on tremendous levels. Think gigantic ancient archetypes of symbology, and probobly into levels we have yet to "hack"  (matrix anyone?)

its on such "mass" levels that a lot of it is unconcious, in a sense... do you get what I mean by that? Hehe, awaiting your response.. john.

Everyone we ARE warming up. What this means is that, well quite frankly its moving from the conceptual stages into the experiential stages.

Understand everything said is just what is said. If certain words are helpful illustrate a point that may be in fact nearly actually ineffable to produce a concept of (read: experience) then by golly I would love to have people use those conceptual words!!!

I also encourage people to bring things up that don't suit their flow though, like "Hmm.. interesting" It would be helpfull to be more specific!!!

By being more specific you allow us to work with exactly what you mean.. and by saying exactly what you mean, all you can do is propell ever-growing clarity!

First, I'd like to mention the amount of maturity that I've noticed on this forum in the past while, threads like this one in particular are an amazing change of pace from some other forums out there.

The open minded and carefully presented responses have only prompted movement in amazing directions, and this is an amazing quality to have, especially on an internet forum.

Second, there is no sense doubting this type of event. My advice (if you can take it as such) is to just believe it enough to really really flow with it. That's what a big part of life is about.  You may argue about needing proof and real data and what not, but come on, we are pioneering into a new ERA here. Those of you who can feel me know what I'm talking about. So I'll see you "on the other side".

Keep in mind your guides are ALWAYS there, it's their "task" and they enjoy it.

My guides have shown up in everything from music to doodles, you name it man... just gotta open up your perception, this can be done with practice..
