Oooh! The Frank Kepple read was amazing! I loved the focus sections and good ol methodical study. Absolutly enlightening. I tried his just observe idea and it led to a warm building trance that blew my socks off. There was one point where everything was pulsing and the vibrations only got stronger each time! I just thought to myself, "ok describe what this feels like" and I'd mentally say it out, at the climax of everything I couldnt feel anything other than the vibrations and it felt like i was deep inside my own body. Very very good stuff from that. Thank you!

First off let me say my hello's! I stumbled upon this site about a week ago and have been flipping happily. So thank you all for your wonderful insights recorded here.

Its been a good few years since I've been truly inspired to continue my efforts towards projection.
Ive just ordered Adventures Beyond the Body from Amazon, looks like it might be pretty good. But in the mass of information thats out there, what did you find to be the best resource to breaking free?
