I'm new here so i thought i'd post and say hello to everybody.
I've had a few random OBE's, occuring since August 2001, which inspired me to research the topic to a greater extent.
I began with books by Robert Monroe, which i really enjoyed, and i've read a few other books and online resources.
I just bought "Astral Dynamics" a few days ago, and i've just started reading it, and it certainly promises to be a great read.
