You don't go anywhere.  The imagery around you changes into another version of you, that you already are.  So you merely carry on in another dream, in the very same non-place, sts.  As far as the body goes, it never was physical in the first place, but the illusion of physical reality goes on dreaming that something must be done to the body.

Autopsies are expensive so unless there's a good reason to believe that your body was murdered, etc., they're not going to bother with it.  Your body will be put six feet under, unless you have chosen cremation.  Thankfully, you are not your body.

In addition to what's been said, it is my opinion that you may be paying too much attention to your body.  The idea for me has been to let go of caring what the body is up to, and just concentrate on focusing within.

It's totally unnecessary to get into sleep paralysis, or go through so much worrying about what the body is doing.  Get some good audio's and preferably put them on an Ipad, but any recorder and head phones will do.  Monroe's CD's (wave series) are good, but there are many.

If attention is taken off the body, it will usually relax anyway if you are not totally razzed up.  Just get comfortable and start listening to the audio.  Put your focus of attention on what you hear and forget about the body.   

I haven't read all the posts on this thread yet.  I'll probably do so later.  I believe there may be an infinite number of experiences one can have on or within the sun.  In other words, I don't think one could experience something on a planet/Sun and say that this is the only or one true way that the sun can be experienced.  Our imaginations may be limitless.

One time I found myself within the moon.  I saw something like a multiple level parking lot for spaceships.  They were flying in and out from an opening on the dark side of the moon.  This may be true in some sense (mine for now) and untrue for many others.

If this has eased the OBE journey, I would say that it was an energy body tuneup- some people call this 'initiation'.  I don't like the word initiation because it sounds like someone is doing something to you, but it's just either your higher self or guides re-tuning your energy body so that you can accomplish what you have set out to do (whatever that is.)  Just a side-effect of development.

This was a very interesting read blis.  I've frightened myself with new feelings of energy surging up, down, and through my body.  I've sometimes jumped up from a really great meditation because it felt as if something else was invading my body, but then I'd think it over and say to myself, "isn't this what I've been wanting so much, these new experiences?"  YES!

Yes Zino, I say what ever works best for you.  I'm not picky.   

Phasing works best for me and I usually go from a Lucid Dream.  Meditation worked for a while in the distant past, but I've had trouble meditating lately.  I love Frank's article.   

As far as I have experienced, it all happens within consciousness.  Phasing into different reality constructs of the mind are just as real as this reality we are in, but the whole idea of space and time is one that I have found to be nonexistent until it's created from consciousness.  I have seen going's on in this earth time reality while seemingly having an OBE, but space and time are not what I thought they were.  Time and space can seem just as real when phasing into another reality and may be for all I know.  I just share my experience which is not necessarily true for everyone.   

Zino, it feels as real as this world does and most the time even more so.  Lately I've been experiencing animated cartoon type worlds and this has been very odd and different for me.  I don't understand it yet.
What I have learned is that time and space do not really exist as we experience them here.  It's an interesting illusion that we create to have an experience of time and space and that we do this in our dreams also.  So if you desired to go backward or forward in time, I see no reason why you couldn't create that, but I have found that there are so many pasts and futures that a person could make up any one they want for everything is created from now.  This is of course only my opinion.   

I think there is a lot of hypocrisy going around using the label of love.  An ability to have more love than others can even be an ego trip.  There is so much love and light going around now-a-days especially if you have enough money to buy all the BS being sold.  It hasn't failed to amaze me as to what people will come up with to sell more of god or source or whatever name you wish to call us.
New ideas are being put forth for a new paradigm, a new oneness with all that is, as if you could really and truly separate from all that is.  The more money you have, the more seminars you can attend, the more boat cruises you can take and the more love you can fill your heart with.  Amazing!  If you add good looks and/or talent, there is no stopping the amount of love that can flow to you.

If it were me, I would not slowly get out of the friendship, I would do it immediately.  This sounds like a troublesome relationship for both of you and could end up being way more painful.  You can forgive someone from a distance and then keep it distant.  Even if he were not lying, your suspicions of him would be just as bad.
