Ah, just to share with you guys my experience sometimes ago. I slept quite late at night, and I have a very busy session the next day. When I woke up, It was still around 30 minutes early, so I decided to take a 5 minutes rest. And suddenly I thought of trying to have an OBE, after not doing it for like... 9 months. Almost instantly, I could feel the vibrations, and I became happy, but it goes away, and came back again. I didn't count the time, but suddenly I could get up feeling very fresh, and I knew it was an OBE. But then out of a sudden, I remembered that I need to take a bathe, and I have this feeling to get up from my sleep very urgently. At first, I tried to wake up, but end up just saying something like "Please I want to wake up", unwillingly, but finally I did it. Heh, it's quite a waste only if I did not have something on that day... I would have been taking a tour to the Earth.

Now, I understand what people have been talking about the feelings of it. "It feels normal". Anyway, it's already been like 3-4 weeks, and now I've been trying it out again, but always end up falling asleep. T_T sad.

Welcome to Dreams! / Lose lucidity and...
January 25, 2009, 11:39:44
Hello guys,

I am so happy to hear myself being able to achieve LD for about a week in a row now! But all of it was what I consider, a failure. Take yesterday's dream for example. Let me just tell you what happened. I was in a dream, playing some I don't know what it is called, like beat the people using the badminton thing... That's not important, so anyway, suddenly I realized that I was dreaming. Then I thought like "Woo! Another LD!!". Around 5-10 seconds after that, I will lose my lucidity and the dream continues. This is what usually happens to me, and I'm sick and tired of that. What can I do to prevent that from happening again? I want to try AP by using the LD > AP method.

BTW, just to tell you how I got lucid. While in the dream, I will sort of get shocked, almost waking up, then I will realize that I was dreaming. And then after that I lost my lucidity. Really, since the first time it happens, THIS thing will always happen!!

Thank you for your kind attention,
Keitake

Hello everyone,

I came here just to ask you how I can stop this strange buzzing/tingling feeling that I am currently experiencing right now. The feeling is exactly like the one you feel after you do the energy exercise. I couldn't concentrate during the school lesson just now...

Thank you,
Keitake

Hi newmethod,

I really appreciate your help. I have just had an AP attempt, but this time, I think, I have reached the vibrational stage. Just to tell you what had happened, I did not hear any ringing sound but I did feel a very mild tingling feeling all over my body except for my head. And then I felt something like the world is going round and round, but I couldn't breath just like the last time I did. Is that really the vibration stage? If that is so, I would not hesitate to try that again later at night!! I'm so excited!

Sincerely,
Keitake

Welcome to Astral Chat! / Re: UNDER 18 AP goers

Hi I am Keitake! I am 15 this year, on the 26th may! I live in Singapore, which is quite far... I love things like this and have started learning it since last year, when my uncle introduced me to this! I have been making good progress so far, but my next step is to achieve AP!! Yeah, just like the person above me, I have experienced the falling out of bed sensation a lot of times, especially after camps or a very tiring work... But recently I have not been getting it anymore... I wish I would have known this stuffs since I was a kid, and I hope I could teach all the future generations about these!!

Hello guys!

I made an attempt to OBE yesterday. I got on to the vibration stage (but I dont get any vibration o.o), but suddenly I could see my room. It was darker (the light was supposed to be on) than usual, and with some I don't know... white spots overlapping my view. And then I was confused whether I was on an OBE or a lucid dream. That shocked me and I woke up. So my question is, am I having a lucid dream or an OBE?

Looking forward to your response,
Keitake

Even though I have not succeeded on AP yet, I managed to reach the vibration stage. What I did was just let everything come to my mind without imagining it. What I meant was just "watch" what is going on and let it be, don't think about anything else and just watch it. That was how I got my second vibrational stage ever in around 37 tries today (not 37 today, but the total attempts).

You know... (Anyway, I can finally reach the stage in about 8 minutes!!)

When I have reached the vibration stage, I can't breathe properly!! When I tried to breathe, the vibrations will go off and I have to keep on recreating the feelings. What did you do to make your breathing easier? lol, did you take a deep breathe before relaxing?

And one more thing, are there any limits on how many AP attempts we can do per day?

Sincerely,
Keitake

Yesterday night, I tried to AP again and get the drowsy feeling and then I gave up because it stopped on that state. Anyway, can having problems with sleeping affect my AP. What I'm trying to say is, it always takes me around 1 hour to sleep. So, can this be a problem for me? Maybe like... it will also takes me around 1 hour to get to the mind awake/body asleep state?

I don't know... But everytime I feel the vibrations i will feel excited and then it went away. I still can't see anything but I was just imagining my room. It always took me around 20 minutes to get that feelings which is sad...

Im a new member here, been reading the posts here for a while now, trying so hard to achieve AP. How many days does it takes for you to achieve your first AP? And how long? O.o I'm sorry, just curious

This is my first post. Anyway, what I experienced is exactly like yours, except that I always do it after noon. I have did this 5 times, but all of it was a failure.

I used the triangle method and the breathing one, and then after around 30 minutes I will feel like falling down, and then a good feeling thing. I also think that I was imagining things because I felt my left arm falling down... I dont know what this is actually.
