lol sorry but this made me chuckle

I keep getting to a point were I feel a sensation of leaving my body but nothing happens. Like early this morning I tried with some binualar beats. I was suddenley over welmed with the sensation of my body stretching out and a very strange sensation in my groin. I felt like I should have been 50 feet long, And I could hear the buzzing noise. But as much as a I willed it wouldn't go an further. I have no fears of it and Im not a stressed person, And I have no worries. So what is my problem? Just keep practicing?

I have a slight confusion. When people say visualize your self doing something (ex.  Floating up) are they saying in first person, third person, or just the sensation?

You don;t understand. I do not like anybody. I spend everyday I can alone walking around forest. I isolate my self from others somtimes weeks on end. I would much rather prefer to be homeless and be far away from anybody as possible. I have projected and I liked it much more.

I would leave, I yern to leave the phisical world so bad. Im not depressed or anything. I just feel what is here is not right for me, I would much  prefer not having tp live by this todays society forced on us.

My seizures are concious, but I did a lot of research and I relised that when I have a seizure frequently that throws me into ap, even different planes, I always just thought it was hillucenation.

I am new too ap, I have epilepsy and i was wondering what could happen if i had an attack while out of body? I get attacks every other day.
