I'm searching for those who know or even have an understanding of morphic resonance or "morphic fields".

Hello there!  For the last four months, I've been trying to practice psychic or mind seduction to try to draw a man I love very much back to me.  I know I have a lot of love within but, my love energy is blocked and I have a very nervous feeling that I never felt before.  When I try to concentrate on something, anything, it only lasts for a second or two then I'm onto something else.  When I try to visualize, it's very faint.  I've also been trying to practice sharpening my sense of touch, but to no avail.  Can someone please help me?
