In regards to what Bluefirephoenix said, I believe I find myself just a tad bit stumped on what he said. Can either of you go more in depth as to what thoughtform is?

Phew finally! I was able to remember my password and get on and wanted to ask around for what happened.

I was sitting in my room one night, reading about alien abductions the article was like 56 ways you can tell if you've been possibly abducted before. One of them was you feel like you are being watched, usually at night from a closet or somewhere like that. So here I am looking around my room thinking if it was possible and I think there have been times that I have felt like I was being watched, then I laughed and pointed around my room and laughed out come get me fake stalkers (derp)

Within a few minutes I was in a state of fear, I felt a very strange presence in my room in a corner by my window. I could feel this entity's vibrations/beings vibrations. One moment I'm all happy reading an article the next I'm rocking back and forth scared pretty to sleep, scared to even turn my light and phone off. I'm trying to talk to friends at a late hour into the night hoping that somehow speaking to close people will help me out of this 'psychic attack' sadly it didn't work, I then went to laying down with my back towards the window, within seconds of having doing that I broke into tears, and was pressed against my wall whispering 'why does it have to be me, I'm sorry it was a joke, please just let me sleep'

This went on for about 5 minutes until my dogs ran upstairs to me room, one of them ran over to me and the other dog stood perked up looking towards where this 'presence' was. Shortly after it was gone and I was able to fall asleep..

This happened a week later as well, I had done nothing that would provoke another attack, this time I was prepared though as I had it about a week before. I was sitting in my bed getting ready for bed and then all of a sudden I was attacked mentally, I went into a state of fear and panic not quite sure what to do, I pulled my phone out and took a picture with my flash on at the location where I felt the presence. What I captured scared me and led me to delete the picture. What I captured was a small acorn shaped head pressed against the wall, positioned on the head were two large almost almond shaped eyes, and a short length down from the eyes were the nostrils, you could see the start of the nose barely..after I took a few pictures the presence was gone and the attack was done.


I spent days thinking about this and came up with this slightly weird conclusion. I concluded that I had shared a lot of 'abduction symptoms' times where I had woken up with triangular dots on my feet and neck, and more. So I concluded that I was an abductee and I had drawn out the alien to my room and they are skilled enough to have cloaks of invisibility (haha comic book stuff right?) Then that is ruled out when I had taken the picture, it was truly scary, I tried replicating the picture but got nothing...

Anyones thoughts as to what happened here?

Okay so I figured that this would be a suitable place to post this. Now you can tell that yes I am talking about a mental attack but I don't mean something happened to your mind and it hurt. I'm talking about is it possible if you get to a higher conscious state of mind if it would be possible to somehow just stab into someones mind with yours, or while astral able to project yourself into ones thoughts and intrude on them?

Sounds rather exotic and wild doesn't it? Well since we don't fully know the extent of out psychic powers, something of the sort could very well be possible?

I guess I can't say for sure whether I seen that stone in the local shop here, I had a rather stale attitude towards stones at first but I have found that they actually work, I haven't actually had an AP using them but I have had a peaceful and calm month or so. Using Hematite as my warding stone and Blue Kyanite as my Third Eye helper.

So my stepmom around a month ago got into reiki and healing crystals. Being my somewhat iggnorant self I thought that there was no such thing possible and yet I believe in astral projection. So I thought hell why not buy some crystals and try it out for myself. I got Celestite, Howlite, Kyanite, Angelite. I based my selection off of ap and increasing creativity. Yet I don't know how I can use these crystals to actually help me astral project.

If anyone uses them and knows ways to actively help I'd be interested in knowing.

That's all I was saying. Speaking of females... There is a female recording on itunes i found once that i believe was for a guided past life regression. This female had such a super hot voice that sounded like a phone sex operator or something. I am sure I would of enjoyed listening to her but probably would of has other... Umm... Physical distractions as well as mental ones!

So if it like a scan going over your body then I must have been there. I was lying still one night not to long ago listening to a guided mediation video and it felt like a scanner/wave was going up and down my body starting at my head and ending at my feet, this would happen every 5-25 seconds or even a minute till the next wave would come back.

I think I've heard more females with bad voices more then I have with males. I don't have anything against Paul Santisi just his voice wasn't exactly what I would like to hear but it was something.

Where do the vibrations start at? I've tried a couple times and I felt what was like vibrations in my arms but I have never felt vibrations before so I cannot say that they where the the right vibrations. Or if they where just tingling because I had been laying still for such a long period.

His voice wasn't the best but I have heard worse so I figured I would give it a try.

What would be the correct way to speak out to your spirit guides and ask for help with something? I asked this summer if I could have help doing tricks on my skateboard and soon enough I was able to do a few tricks but not perfect. So what is just a easy way to speak out to them, and can I ask them for help in achieving astral projection?

I found a video last night as I lay in bed called Astral Projection Guided Mediation by Paul Santisi. The technique was the rollout, which I found to be just a little hard then again I have never achieved a full stand alone projection unless a guided astral travel counts. Anywho I ended up falling asleep so I thought I'd give it another go today before I took a small nap. I started to fall asleep then awoke when Paul said roll, visualize your self rolling out of your body and floating up. So I started focusing on trying to lift my spiritual arms and whilst doing this they started to vibrate really heavily and I could feel a slight lifting feeling (I am thinking my physical arms where rising but I do not think that this was the case) my heart started to beat really fast because the vibrations where starting go to my shoulders, I had enough I opened my eyes which was probably really stupid of me. But I thought I would try again and sure enough it started again but not as intense.

One other thing I thought was rather particular was last night as I lay and listen, everytime the man would say something about like rolling out or leaving my body. I would get a weird wave feeling go from my head to my feet it was like a small sheet was being laid upon my very swiftly and everytime it would happen I would get all excited and get slight chills. I will try again tomorrow, I feel I have tried enough for a day.

I am not saying that there is an 'alien' on this site. I am saying I am in the search for this astral being.

I have posted multiple times on this site and other sites about a guided tour I had in which I encountered a very beautiful women who claimed to be an alien, she said she was going to show me the universe, she did the very thing, showed it to me, showed me multiple alien races in which in the case of my death I would be able to come back as.

So I have made a goal to find out who this women is, because when I seen her, for some reason I knew her and felt a very warm satisfying feeling when I meet her. I find it hard to leave my body, let alone lay still for a large sum of time till I get vibrations with out scratching, moving or doing something. SO I started thinking what if it is hard to achieve this because I have not decalcified my body, could this be a factor? I am still in search of this women...

It seems I do not have what it takes to even become lucid...I have only reached lucidity about 2 times and have only traveled in my spiritual form once...my once and only astral travel was amazing, yet it seems no matter what I read or try I just cannot get it right.

I really want to travel in astral projection for numerous reasons. I wish to meet the alien I had meet when I first was traveling and to explore but unfortunately it seems it is harder then I have perceived it to be....any help would be amazing

During this past summer my brothers and I where swimming in our pool in our front yard (we live on a farm) and we stopped for a few minutes to rest and where all looking towards the road and talking our dad, stepmom and 2 sisters had been gone for about an hour, when all of a sudden we seen our van and them drive by, my stepmom waved at me. We where like what the hell why aren't they coming back home? Well we decided to start horsing around in our pool for a little longer and then they pulled in. We jumped out and ran and asked them if they had driven by and then pulled around, they told us they didn't and that they never had driven by.

me and my bros looked at each other and still to this day months later cannot figure out exactly what they say. They could of been messing with us but I believe them when they say they didn't drive by and turn around....any idea

I enjoyed the post, a very detailed post at that. It really opens up my mind, gets me thinking about stuff. I wish I could speak with this being more and ask more things, but I have not a clue on how to reach this 'person'

As far as remembering past lives, I can remember 2 past lives, and it is said that a human loses all memory of past lives at around 6 years of age. I am almost 16 so ten years later I still can remember these lives.

i have read your previous post on here that has more detail and i feel that this was your guide, and you said you felt like you knew her before, my advise is to listen to your self, this was real. she was not a thought or idea coming from your mind.i would try contacting her again and get more info, also she said that there was beings you could incarnate as after you died, she showed you these places elsewhere in the universe. i would go even far as to say that you know her from the past and you have alot of history with her and that your soul originated from elsewhere on a different world.. please listen , i know this sounds crazy but i feel the need to tell you this.i am trying to help.  i know these things, if you want to here more of what i have to say please post a response.  in the end it is up to you to feel if this information is for you. i am not trying to tell you what to do just give advise. 

your guides are always with you , ask them if you need to and they will guide you always. use your intuition and heart and you can never be wrong.

also about the amulet , what did it look like? what did she look like in human form?if you can remember.

Hey thanks for the response, like you said yes my previous post does have more detail! Yes in a way I felt as if I had known this person. I have tried numerous times to visualize the amulet before I have gone to bed in hopes that it would help me reach out to this being, I've called out to my spirit guides on other occasions asking for help to reach it again. You don't  honestly sound crazy at all, I've read a lot of things so its not the least bit odd.

This amulet was a small circle object, attached to it was some string, what kind of string beats me. It was sort of a brownish orangish in color with a black marking on the top. I do not remember what the marking looked like, I remember grabbing the amulet from her hand and then I awoke and sat up in bed and looked at my wall then at my hands thinking, HOLY bonk I, like oh my god did that just happen? After about a month the experience I had still captivates me, I have told my parents and brothers I wish you guys could have seen it. I wish all of you could have seen it, the colors that where out there it was so amazing.

I know when I explained the lifeforms I could come back as sounded cheap, but it was true she showed me them. I seen them walking on their planet, I was by other planets as well. That part with the lifeforms sort of made think it was a dream, then again I was like no, I was visited by a damn alien this was no dream!.  I am no expert or really good at visualization or lucid dreaming and the same goes for astral projection or any astral travel. So for this to happen, it really opened my mind up, I wish I could leave the planet and visit other worlds and see galaxies. In my first post I believe I stated that no word could describe the beauty I seen.

Now with all this stated time to explain what the girl looked like. She was beautiful (remember this was her human form) I mean beautiful, she had black hair that went to her shoulders, her hair looked silky very soft. I don't remember what color her eyes where. She just had an overall pleasent look, and when she warped infront of me in the beginning I just sort of had a spark that was telling me that I knew her, like I knew this was supposed to happen. When I asked to see her alien form she said no she didnt want to scare me. I thought to my self well that makes sense she doesnt want it to scare me, because then I'd wake up and the experience would end. I told her that is okay she looked beautiful so I was alright with it.

After she showed me the lifeforms I was warped instantly to Earth but I was still in space and she asked me a question. I then was warped to around 3-5 above the ground from where we met and floated down slowly to the ground, that is when she took this amulet and I mean she had a sad tone of voice and face and told me it was time for her to go, if I ever wanted to visit her again to use the amulet or if I ever wanted to see outer space more just to use it.

I can remember awaking and looking for it in my hands, so not to have this amulet saddens me. I've heard if I can achieve astral projection I can find it and I can then visit.

Oh one more thing, the place we met seemed like I had been there before, it sort of looked like an old house I had lived in, and when I asked her the questions we entered a car where we talked and then when I came back I just floated to the ground.

So around a month or so ago I posted what I had thought was a astral travel or projection, and from multiple forums on other websites I found it was an astral travel. But heres the thing I'll cut a long story short, I was waiting with my brother for someone when a girl warped infront of me and let me ask a few questions, then told me to go and see it all for my self she partially closed her eyes and I was floating in space, I coudl see the moon and other planets with the earth behind me. I was able to fly through the air and went to other galaxies. She even showed me a few life forms I could come back as when I died, but she was in my head when she showed me them like she was controlling me because I instantyl teleported to the life forms planet besides when she told me about coming back as a human.

Heres the catch though, this may change the whole thing. Some nights before and sometimes I still do this. But I had read that you could talk to your spirit guides and ask for help or something of the sort and they would hear you. So sometimes I would lie on my back stare at my ceiling and ask for help once I asked for help doing tricks on my skateboard and about a week later it was easy for me to do a trick. The last time I did this was close to a half week before the incident stated above. I asked my spirit guides to help me with astral projection and achieve lucidity. The female in my incident said she was an alien, coudl she have been an alien spirit guide? Or an alien who wanted to show me the universe??

Gah I will...Its so hard sometimes the feeling will come and then my thoughts turn to it for a few seconds then i push it out of my mind.

Thing is sometimes I don't even think of my third eye it just happens

Not sure if my Third Eye chakra is opening. Mostly because I haven't opened any chakras I find it a little hard to do so, I have a big book that tells me ways that could possibly open my chakras and series of movements to do that could possibly open them. If your curious as to what I am reading the book is titled The Complete Idiots Guide to Chakras.

But lately I've been having a weird feeling right where my third eye is supposed to be. It kind of feels like if you have your finger right above your nose and you get a weird sensation happening right in your nose well that has been happening right where my third eye is supposed to be. Anyone have an suggestions as to what this is? Is it a spirit guide, a higher energy?

So, let me just fix the subject title. This is about my third eye, and me having a weird feeling in the particular location of the third eye. Lately maybe about the past week and a half I've been having a weird sensation right by my third eye. SO say you put your finger up by your nose and you get a weird feeling? Well that is exactly what I am getting in my third eye. It may take time to get the sensation on your nose but as you go up higher towards your third eye the sensation gets a tad bit stronger. The sensation I was having just happened pretty strong, lasts a few seconds and then disappears. It hasn't been every single day for the past week but instead every few days or so.

Is this like one of my spirit guides trying to tell me something? Or am I having an awakening in my Third Eye Chakra? Or lastly, did I somehow become connected to a higher spirit and it made that sensation to tell me something? The last time I had this feeling was this afternoon.
