Hello I have just had a dream unlike most. it begins where myself and my 2 friends are in a graveyard at night I want to leave but my friend keeps saying she needs a picture of a particular stone first that it was her in a past life, so I take the pictures and notice a phone booth in the graveyard for some reason- in the dream I make a call on this phone then I end up somewhere else and my cell phone is beeping saying there is a message. I just hit the button then I wake up seems harmless?
Im awake now (really awake) and looking around my room but havent started moving yet all of a sudden I hear my own voice from the message left on the phone the whole time this voice is going on (about 2 min) im thinking to myself god make it stop stop it ect. due to being scared) again this is my own voice talking to me I am awake at this time. There is heavy breathing in between the talking and it or I keep saying "Murder She was murdered" now had this been a normal dream I would not be posting here has anyone ever heard of waking up and hearing your own voice? please help im going batty over this

 This began about a year and a half ago and happens frequently I am sleeping when I realise my mind is not (it awakens) I can hear everything going on around me yet i cannot move I am totally relaxed it is enjoyable to me I was just wondering if anyone else has expeirenced this.

newbie here the last few times attempting exit i feel a flating sensation i try to remain calm then i begin to fear i am dying i try to overcome my fear but soon it gets the better of me and snap i am back what is odd is when i feel the floating rising sensation it is peacefull (so why does it scare me so?) is this floating feeling typical any advice?

i have a question this has happened on 4 seperate occasions where my vision is overtaken by a swift blast of extremly bright light almost likened to someone taking a picture with bright flash. on 2 of these occasions i have been with someone who turned and asked me "what the hell was that?" I am wondering if anyone has nay idea what this might be i have been told it is psychic attacks i know it is not some type of eyphysical disorder as it was witnessed by another person at the same time i saw it any iformation would be apprecaited greatly

I appreciate the suggestions, I would sure like to know how the subject of ouija board came into this. ( I was attempting to be serious and seek advice not be the butt of a joke)

in the dream when I left the message I was picking up psychic thoughts (about the headstone my friend wanted pictures of)  so for some reason in the dream I called myself and left that message when I woke up I started looking around and was getting ready to get up for some cofee  when it started it was real slow my own voice (this is so weird) said murdered she was murdered then it would wait and there would be really heavy breathing then the my voice said she was kidnapped pause breathing and agian with the she was murderd i think there was more but I was freaked out and kept thinking stop it. I have not ever had anything like this happen before I tried to analyze saying well maby my brain was still somewhat dreaming? but the voice was not in my head especially since I was thinking stop at the same time.
I usually forget my dreams so i think it may be (whatever myself?) making sure i could not forget this one. I appreciate any help on this i would just like to figure it out

I have never been told that but i suspect it makes some sense I have had some kind but its like i know something neg or good will happen i just usually do not know what:) is empathy clairvoyance? well enough of my questions thankyou kindly for your response

Thankyou for the kind reassurance. I have been reading all I can about astral for since I was 14 (10 years) I had one while I was very young and it was a frightning experience for me then. I often wake up with the sleep paralysis which has been occuring about a year and a half- actually just last night while GOING to sleep I had the same  which had never before occured. but then again I may not have known it do any of you prokect and remember what is happening does it seem real or more of a dreamy sensation? and agian thankyou for replying

wow its god to know i am not alone thankyou fredhead i will check that out. maby i am on my way to an astral after all i do wonder though why it started out of the blue like that and happens often maby im just ready.((((thanks 4 the replys))))

 Thanks for the reply, no no discomfort or anything unusual and yes the person with me also saw it and said something about it before i could it the last time it occured we were talking about how the physical realm has been seeming almost distorted in a sense (i have had my eyes checked they are fine)
after it happens its just kind of like i get silent (who would not)
another odd thing happened with this same person we were going to my house at night and stopped at the r.r. tracks because we both saw the train light approaching well we talked abit waiting for it and then it was gone.
i have seen odd things all my life and do admit to feeling a tad unnormal at times but actually have gotton use to seeing spirits so to speak but this flash i cannot figure out.
i have regular check ups and as i have said her reaction was to the light flash not to me. hopefully someone here knows something about this i know i will never fully comprehend many things but somehow i feel this is important.

you know i have seen both shows james von prague does make me wonder though.
if you think about it why is the info so vague like i have a name that starts with an j sound if the spirit tells him something like there was a flood in the kitchin 22 years ago why cant it ever say its full name?
i watched a show about this once and its kind of like fishing for information i am sure they do not show you ALL of the readings just the better ones and some so so once in a while to keep you going.
I have also thought about this one what if in the audience or before the show they place "plants" so to speak of course most people would be talking about the person whom they wished to contact what if these"plants" in turn let the medium know.
I am not discrediting anyone here just trying to think about all of the ways here. allthough I do think some brains are more highly developed and certainly after a near death wouldnt you basically have one foot on the other side? I had a near death but i cannot talk to spirits allthough since then i do occasionally see them (scares the crap out of me)

2 parts rose petal
1 part mugwort
1 part peppermint
1 part jasmine flowers
1/2 part cinnamon

not to be used on an everyday basis, if anyone decides to try this let me know how it works for you, as for myself it puts my mind more at ease (hate how i do not worry about things untill i lay down at night(sigh)and induces a higher state of physical relaxation then i normally would be able to acheive.

just an idea here but seeing as though there are many tarot users here we could do a tarot test on each other this would determine not just the accuracy of cards but our reading them especially since we do not personally know each other who knows maby we can learn a thing or two here.
