Hello everyone, this is my first post here and I'm really happy to find such a nice forum.  My brother told me he heard about you Bruce on the Art Bell show a few days ago and really enjoyed what you had to say.....
I would like to ask something as it has been haunting me for years....I will make it short and direct....
For some reason I can astral project very easily...... I just remain conscious and still around 3 am in the morning and in a short time I will AP and be in this realm or higher realms... sometimes lower ones too but not often....... my question is that now that it is so easy for me I have been having problems with a twitch in my body that seems to get worse when I try and keep still to AP... I have had this twitch since I was 10 years old but it is really annoying me as I am eager to AP again and learn more things...... any thoughts on how I can heal this twitch? it is managable but it really hurts my AP and makes me feel very sad about it since it is so easy otherwise to AP.... I have tried everything to identify how this twitch started and was really interested in APing and seeking guidance... but now that I have a purpose for doing this I seem to twitch more and not get out of my body... any advice would be appreciated..... I really want to beat this thing... thanks for any help.

How about "Crocodile Dundee meets Astral Joe"..haha... I think NDE's would attract mainstream interest.. whenever I talk to someone about my astral journies I always get that "blank stare.. your'e mentally sick" look.

Hi Andy, if someone telepathically communicated with you, that would be a guide expereince I think...... my guides telepathically communicated with me... I was fully conscious.. I agree with most here about our guides chosing to helps us depending on the 'rules'.. I have read many books and many of them say that 'we' actually make the rules before comming to this planet and our guides respect our wishes..... oh well.... sounds like the truth to me becasue I have begged at times for my guides to direstly communicate with me again and it's not happening in telepathic words..... just with tones of ringing in my head letting me know that they are always with me.....

I asked about 7 years ago for my guides and they directly contacted me a week later and told me many things about my spiritual evolvement... my guess is that it is they who chose depending on our spiritual ideals...they have not contacted me since but made it very clear to me that they are always with me...since then I have had a 'buzzing' in my head like a sixth sense.....   we all have ur guides and I really don't know why sometimes they answer and sometimes they don't....  I am guessing that they want us to make decisions about our life and not be dependant on anyone but ourselves..... free will.... a gift and a burden...haha..

Just want to comfort those new to astral projection regarding possession..... I have APed over 500 times at least and have been in many realms from high to low.... no possession every took place..... my higher self or sprit guide did directly communicate with me and since then I have simply asked for protection whilst APing....... we all have our higher selves and all you need to do is ask... that's it... don't let fear control your experiences.... be calm and enjoy the experience wherever it takes you.....
