Years ago, (when 25) I belonged to Eckankar, I had OBE's before that, but got involved in EK, and began to have some neat experiences. I am now 51. I have had OBE's a lot lately, through dreams, too many to list here. Some MAY have been back in time, but I understand we aren't to admit whether that is something I can do, so I can only "assume".
I need help learning (again) how to "project" while awake, not just in dreams.
