I have not yet had any ld,ap,oobe again with the labels However I think you are on the right track and should just ignore the labels and if you are curious try to validate your experience in your own time.
Maybe you shooting the kids even was some kind of validation as to the extent that you are not playing around in your own consciousness but in the astral or whatever you may want to call it - its only for you to decide.

I meditated on the last three days including today. The first day I was unable to calm my mind, the second day I got to the beginning stage of vibrations and got to excited.
Today I got to full blown vibrations rather quick - they became stronger and to some extent even unbearable - it felt like I wanted to explode - so much energy.
At that point I realised the onset of paralysis. My hands were kind of cramping together - my thumbs and index fingers were pulled close to each other like they were strong magnets and I was getting hot.
Unfortunately at this point I focused to much on the strange sensation in my hands and stopped focusing on my breath so I slowly came back to a "normal" state.

After my body was back to normal I felt a sudden relief of muscle tension which was quite awesome and I somehow felt lighter in my head.
I will try again later or tomorrow and hopefully make it all the way through.

I also think one of the major points is love as simple as it sounds - but once you understand love is more then an emotion or attraction between two people and rather an energy at the very basis of our existence you start to see what is meant.

Indeed at some point I was fearing the experience itself like you describe it but after getting aquainted with the vibrations fear of that sensation faded and since then it has been more like a mix of curiosity and irrational fear of the unknown as to what might follow that state of vibration.
Before finding more information about astral etc. I read a lot about kundalini awakening as I thought the vibrations could be related to that as well and a lot of people were writing to be careful about the kundalini awakening because it can seriously mess you up if you dont know what you are doing exactly. Now I think its just the same self projected fear and fear mongering you also find in writings about the astral.

In my opinion inducing an oobe or ap through meditation rather then at night with the myriad of other techniques gives me somehow the feeling that I have more control over the situation and I share your opinion that probably the only difference between unconsciously induced states would be that your experiences are easier to remember in the physical - on the other hand unfortunately I have never had either of these experiences consciously so far so I am not really qualified to state an opinion on this. Then again I never started my meditation practice with the goal or even the chance of attaining something as an ap - so most likely it was luck or just the absence of that target which lead me to this point without inhibiting it by wanting to go there desperately.

I do however have a deep desire to have oobe and ap's though at this point I can only distinguish the two by what I read about them.


After years of wondering why we are here and why we are having such a hard time, now I think there is not much use in spending ones life opposing evil that is happening in our reality because polarity is intrinsic to our dualitisc 3D experience and without it there would be no progress either way and I think it is this progress or opportunity for growth we are all here searching for. With this in mind I am seeking to try anything out of the ordinary to broden my horizon and break out of the box our minds were stuffed into. This goes not to say one should be evil if he chooses so without negative consequences - the path to spiritual evolution is love - but that evil in a dualistic world is necessary to even experience good.

I read in one post on astralpulse that these vibrations/energies we feel are also related to other psi phenomena in the physical like telekinesis or the like - do you know anything about this?

Regarding your comment on lucid dreaming I think I know what you mean - it has the notion of beeing just a dream and often times is used to rationalize ap,oobe etc. away. LD beeing the only phenomenom we discussed that is accepted by mainstream science also seems the ideal candidate for cointelpro. Give the sheep some truth so you gain their trust then feed them disinformation so they fail to see the big picture.
The way I see it consciousness never really is in the physical body the brain and cells merely beeing antennas to enable consciousness to experience itself through the flesh so not even a dream would be a dream in the mainstream sense but believing you are your brain,bones and flesh is the real dream.

Yes I have this kind of awareness and it does not diminish in fact its more like my awareness becomes bigger and more clear as I also had some revelations in this state.

At the time the vibrations start I already perceive very little of the outside/physical world as they grow stronger there is only the vibration and the black void and eventually I even stop noticing the breathing. At this point I dont perceive myself as or in the physical body but more as just pure energy vibration.
I guess that at this point I would just need to stay aware and try some seperation/projection techniques?

I am not really sure what phasing means in this context. As I understand it from material I have read its a term invented to discuss ld,obe,astral as one.
As to gaining full awareness  I am completely conscious and focused during the whole process at it is concsiously induced - or do you mean something else by beeing completely aware?

My first experiences regarding astral travel were some sleep paralysis episodes when I was younger. I distinctly remember waking up one time and beeing unable to move allthough beeing aware of my surroundings,my mother beeing in the room trying to talk to me but me beeing unable to react in any way. In all those cases though I never had the kind of nightmarish experience I later often read about. Relaxing and going back to sleep lead to waking up completely.
At this time I didnt know anything about the astral,sleep paralysis and the like and the internet not beeing what it is today there was not much usefull information to find.

I remember having some kind of lucid dreams or obe while still younger. In my mind I still have a very clear picture of my parents house the scenery in this experience was absolutely real and repeatedly I was jumping down the stairs and gliding down to the other end.

While growing up I always had the feeling that something is missing from our lives that there is more to what we perceive as everyday reality. As a consequence I started beeing interested in buddhism and meditation allthough at this time I practiced something more like daydreaming then meditation.
I never really felt like getting anywhere with this practice and eventually stopped.

Some years later while sitting in school I had an experience that in retrospect I think was the beginning of an involuntary consciousness obe(I only concluded that after starting meditation again a few years later). Suddenly my heart felt like it was racing and my whole body started to vibrate violently and I lost the feeling of my hands and legs. I had no idea what was going on and kind of paniced which seemed to intensify the situation - I guess I was afraid of having a heart attack at least at that time thats what I concluded it was. I communicated to my teacher I wasnt feeling well and ended up in the hospital for one night. There was no diagnosis other then me beeing healthy and later heart tests revealed nothing wrong either.

When I started meditating again some 3-4 years ago after some weeks I started to get somewhere. I was practicing a seated meditation in a lotus/lotus-like position concentrating on my breathing.
At some point into the meditation when my mind calmed down and sensory input was at a minimum I started feeling vibrations inside my head probably the third eye/pineal gland area. Continued focus on my breath lead the vibrations to spread through my whole body and intensify. This was a marvelous,amazing feeling filling me whith joy and peace.
At that time I was aware of astral travel but had no clue the vibrations could be related to it or even that it would be possible for me to even attain such goals that seemed to be reserved for sages living in deep seclusion.
(As a side note this was also the time I became a vegan)
I continued practicing my meditation and soon became proficient in reaching this vibratory state. Though even after that I had problems getting the vibrations back because I was to focused on attaining them. I realised that just focusing on my breath,beeing completely still in my mind and not expecting or wanting anything was the key.

Of course I tried researching my experience but did not find much online but a few people having these sensations while meditating and no information at all what it means or where to go from there - at this time unfortunately I was still unable to connect my experience to an obe or the like.

A year later or so I bought an EEG and when I received it put it on right away to measure my brainwaves in this vibratory state. I reached the state quicly in this meditation and soon thought I would have enough data for a first evaluation so I opened my eyes and got up. In doing so I realised I was unable to release my hands from their meditation position,standing up and walking felt like my legs where stuck further up in my pants. I tried talking and to my astonishment my voice did not sound like usually but further away like it was moved back to the end of my head.
Needless to say I wasnt feeling to good about this thinking something like great you meditated yourself into a stroke
I managed to call a friend on the computer and after a while of talking to him about the experience the symptoms wayned I was able to move my hands and legs normally again and my voice sounded just as it does everyday.
I was baffled but still unable to realise what was happening to me.
This was the first time the vibratins coincided with some kind of paralysis maybe related to sleep paralysis.
My meditation practice went on and I kept experiencing the vibrations allthough since then no paralysis in this state had occured.
After reading about the 3D blackness F21 on astralpulse I realised that I am also experiencing this. At some point during the vibrations it feels like you are opening your eyelids under your physical eyelids not seeing the back of them anymore but still blackness.

Also 1-2 years now a lot of nights sometimes even during the day when I lay down in silence I hear a high pitched sound in my left ear (from my point of view) allthough I never have concentrated on this sound in order to evoke an obe or the like.

A few weeks ago I came across some interesting material on astral projection and from that point on started to read a lot of articles,posts and books regarding the matter and to my surprise discovered a lot of my experiences in this material.
It seems to me now that these sensations are related to what I came to know as the focus states between F10-F21 but have not yet tried any separation techniques in these condition.

I am writing all this because as I read through astralpulse I got the feeling that there are a lot of people experienced in this kind of sensations around here and became very interested in getting your feedback on my story.

What is your take on this and where would you go from here?
