I live within the NYC area. I like the idea of actual group meetups, that are in person. I know of other people that are into astral projection that do this but they charge an arm and a leg. I was thinking we could do this at a very low cost, preferably free. What do you all think?

Hi everyone. I was wondering if any of these techniques could, in theory, exert enough pressure on the astral body so that an OBE could be triggered:

Lying down motionless, relaxed while using tactile awareness to FEEL the legs making a walking motion where both legs are moving up and down and/or imaging yourself doing pushups with strong tactile awareness while lying completely still.

Would any of these techniques really work. When I do them I feel like I'm making some progress, but it could only be me, who knows.

Back in the old days when the governement used remote viewing to spy on other countries (Project Stargate) they used to locate missing people. Im sure OBE's wouldn't be much different in producing the same effect.
