So I go on my usual routine which is lay on my back and meditate into this deep kind of relaxation, then something strange happens after a while and it's not sleep paralyses. It's like I'm asleep very faintly but still awake, then I start to snore but I know I'm snoring it's hard to explain, any suggestions on what this is haha or someone else that has or is experiencing this?

Thanks will do

I am a patient guy, but a guy that expects results, ever since last week Tuesday I couldn't even get myself in sleep paralyses or a deep enough sleep so that vibrations can start. It's just laying on my back and that's all, nothing special. So I kept on practicing and still nothing. I have asked for allot of help and gotten great answers, but still I couldn't find that magic try when I try it that it works.

I wake up at like 8

Thanks allot now I have a better perspective on this.

I feel better about this now knowing that nothing can hurt me when I try to AP in the night. But how does the difference look when you AP in the night than during the day?
#8
So I have this fear of trying to AP at night, cause I usually only try this during the day cause I know if I AP it will be light and I will be able to see. I'm afraid that if I get it right to AP at night I will get afraid because of the dark and I don't know of any entities of whatever that will scare me from ever trying this again.

Thanks allot I appreciate it, I will keep and notepad next to my bed to keep a recording on what I do wrong and right according to how my experience was and if I did something right. Thanks everyone, really helpful on this forum real fast and effective replies

That makes better sense thanks, because I've been taking frequent naps not because I'm tired but only to try and AP. I'll take a nap next time I'm actually tired lol

I also have another question, I practice is the afternoons because I have vacation now, I just go to bed and calm my body down so that it goes to sleep, I got it right to feel intense vibrations 2 days ago, but now I can't even seem to get to that stage, I just lay in my bed and do nothing, what are the steps?

I tried the wake-back-to-bed method, I went to sleep at 1 o'clock in the morning and made the alarm go off at 5 o'clock. When I awoke I laid on my back kept my mind awake but i guess I fell asleep cause I can't really remember what the hell happened. Any suggestions on how I can better my performance on trying to do this method the right way?

I've started to get into AP again this week about Monday, since then I got it right to get into a deep meditative state and my body is completely relaxed, yesterday for the first time I got those intense vibrations through my body, I was in sleep paralyses, I couldn't move anything and that's exactly what I wanted, it takes me about 50min-1hour to reach this stage which is really long just to lay still but I don't mind. So when I got these vibrations I knew I was real close to projecting my body. I felt my body moving out of my body, but only slightly, so I tried to force it out and concentrated hard. This is where I know I failed, I shouldn't force it but just let it happen. But I need help to how to reach this vibrating state again since I couldn't reach it again, and what should I do when I reach this state again? Should I just lay still and let the vibrations go on? or do something?

I appreciate all answers that will be given and thanks for helping.
