I'm a newbie to this forum, so, hi.
I'm just gonna start with an issue I've been having while trying to astral project. (Don't know if this is the right place to post it though) So, my problem is that whenever I try to astral project, I get to the vibration state and that's it. I can't separate myself from my physical body. In addition, am I supposed to see anything during this stage? Because all I see is black and random colors.
