Lots of unlikely things are possible. But all of my experience with this area hasn't provided me with any obvious means to do it... other than wanting to, or asking to, which works more times than it should at various times.

But what I am seeing here is that one of a few things has likely happened, for you to ask a question like that:

1) You regret the way a certain series of events played out, and you want another shot at them

2) You don't like how certain things in your life have turned out at this point, and you would rather they be as they were

3) You are bored of it all, and want to move on to something else

Is it one of these?

I hate my life, bad disease, bad people and no money.

The second reason is, i want make it more times, and look how my life
develops. ^^

The post you quoted above isn't about taking over a new body.  What EXACTLY are you asking to do here? 

Leave this current body behind without this physical body dying first and move into a past or parallel one?

Hi Louis,
This corresponds to a question I asked on another post. Your explanation at the end implies that death is not actually necessary for the technique, and that it's possible to non physicaly travel directly to a parrallel reality in which you survived rather than having to go back and re-live/avoid the life threatening event yourself. Is that so?

   That is true, I have landed in so many other parallel realities I can't even count them. You don't have to die to enter a different time or space stream. I go into detail about parallel realities in my Areas of Travel section on the top menu. I basically use wormholes.
