So i was pretty tired and decided to throw on a 90 minute binural beat. About 40 minutes in my body started to vibrate. I was pretty conscious at the time also. This is where i was confused, i left my body and flew out my window only to make it above my house until i was shot back into my body, still vibrating. Take note as i was doing this i still heard the binural beats even when i was outside of my body. As i came back to my body, i was still ready to leave my body again, it was still vibrating. So i left my physical  body again and walked through my doorway and i saw my brother who i tried to walk through but i couldn't, and he wasn't even home at the time which is a sign that i was dreaming. But it also felt so real. I also remember unplugging my headphones from my computer so vividly and then i "woke up" and the headphones were still on my head with the binural beats playing.

So what was it? Was it a lucid dream? Was i dreaming about astral projecting? The vibrations were so intense and i was fully conscious when they were happening, im confused.

Ok, so yesterday i took 2 .5mg xanax around 9 in the morning for my anxiety. I got home from school and it was around 4 o'clock and i was like a zombie i was extremely tired. So i took a nap woke up around 5 waited 30 minutes and then went back to sleep again till 9 30. during this time id say it was about 6 30 i started having the symptoms of astral projecting. First my heart felt like it was beating through my chest, then my body started to viberate intensivly, and then i started hearing loud roaring noises in my ears. i started seeing through my astral eyes on and off and then i fell into sleep paryalsis. it was my first time in sleep paraylsis so i started to panick cause i could yell to my mom or move so i was fully awake after this. once i get into sleep paralsis, would it be a good idea to imagine myself leaving my body? cause i did that for like the first 10 seconds and it almost felt like i was falling through my bed but i couldnt see through my astral eyes. respond please?

Very lately i have been experiencing dreams.. These are no ordinary dreams. These dreams that i have been having feel EXTREMELY real. I have all of my 5 senses, taste, smell, touch, hear, and see. For instance. My last dream i had last night i was going to and airport in to go to Florida. I was at my grandparents house and everything seem'd so real, as if it was reality. When i got to florida i went to the beach and felt the water and i could actually feel the temperature of it. it was very warm. Even when im in my dreams i say to my self. is this a dream? but this last one felt so real i said to myself no, this is real. I think this is very amazing but its sometimes scary. Another one of these i was surfing and i wiped out and kept on getting tumbled under water and i couldnt breath and it felt so real. I finally woke up because i was so scared. Ive heard of vivid and lucid dreaming before.. Could this be it? Or is this something more powerfull? Please Respond.
