Wow that's odd..It's just so weird. I want to control it but I think I have to know what it is and how it works. I don't know what I did last night to trigger it. Maybe listening to those sounds as they come and go before I fall asleep. I took a nap earlier. I'm going to retrace my steps.

This is no day dream, it is rather a deep dream while not asleep, or in a deep sleep. Last night the weirdest of the weirdest things happened to me. I don't know if I basically knocked myself out or what. Okay I was dosing off letting my mind go. You know how some people get those voices and sounds as they fall asleep, it doesn't bother me at all. I can bear with them, I just look at them as the step before dreaming. Well last night, or early this morning these sounds cross faded into the most clear, vivid dream, and I was not in a deep sleep. I dreamt that I was at my cousin's house and I was eating but then I stopped because I saw a mouse. I got up then more mice and rats came they raided my food and then I went the the room I was staying in. Turns out it was the room I was in already outside of the dream, I couldn't tell if I was dreaming with my eyes opened or not. But I saw and felt that the plate with the mice were on the bed next to my feet. I felt more mice come, I felt more of the energy and the stiffening sort of sensation rather than tickling and my whole body was going stiff. I believe I opened my eyes and I looked straight at my ceiling and wall at the corner it looked like it was moving away and I saw an air vent but the air vent was on the other side of the room. My whole body was stiff...and I was just there, feeling the tingling and stiffness. I can't really explain it, but know that this is far more intense that you're probably imagining. As the wall moved I was super stiff and my arms were in the air. I couldn't move my arms and I was a bit anxious and fully conscious but I was tired. I was scared. I was thinking, is this sleep paralysis? How long will this last? just wanna go to sleep. Clearing this up, as I was in the dream I was in my real life bed, I think I opened my eyes and I saw my room and the walls moved and I was super super stiff. Tingles ran throughout my body as if I woke up to an anxiety attack. That was the most intense projection/experience I've ever had.

I haven't meditated or listened to binaural beats lately because I thought it was affecting with the tinnitus I had. It went away turns out it was from an ear infection. So whatever that's all passed and all I've been doing in terms of projection and things you'd discuss on the Astral Pulse was dreaming. I haven't lucid dreamt or at least attempted to but I've been having somewhat clear dreams. Last night as I was falling asleep I decided to not try to sleep but instead think of DMT and also my surroundings. With my eyes closed I visualized my room and pictured what was around me. And focused on the black space and the random visuals and colors that'd come every once in a while. When I'd lose focus I'd hear clear sounds as if I was going into a dream. DMT from what I know is the chemical that you produce that gives you dreams. I'm pretty sure I'm wrong but maybe from thinking about it and researching it all that day maybe I was being able to get it's affect while conscious. I was getting those audible perceptions on and off. But when my phone vibrated all of that was interrupted. Then I opened my eyes I looked to my right and I saw an arachnid-like creature almost like a hairball or sea urchin rolling across my bed it was black and I looked at it very clearly then it eventually faded away. I clearly saw it roll across for about 5 seconds. I was startled or alarmed I just was like wow...that's odd.

Wow I was taking notice of the autopilot and I realized that I'm not fully conscious. I was afraid that there was something wrong. But I just noticed that it has been happening almost all the time, it feels like reality is more dull and I'm not fully aware of what's going on. A lot of weird things are going on in my mind. Just last night I came to figure that I was more sensitive to binaural beats. I listened to a psychic power binaural beat (I wanted to make my telekinesis and what I believe to be telepathy stronger) and another labeled as "Telekinetic Frequency" ascension arch angel posted it on YouTube I believe. The first one was more intense. I don't know if it was exactly an OBE but it turned out to be plain out irrational. Everything felt big but small at the same time, I eventually drooled on myself. There was way more to that, but simply cannot explain it. Telekinetic Frequency, I just began to see black shadows swirling around and around (with my eyes closed) and as they got faster it seemed as if they were moving closer. And I noticed iI started feeling my body be feeled with intense tingles. It was as if I woke up with anxiety. But my eyes were closed it was then it felt like they were opened. I felt them open. I opened my eyes because I was freaked out and I thought I saw the shadows still moving rapidly around the room. I reached for my phone to get some light because it was dark. My body was still filled with tingles but it wore off. I don't know why, but this has only happened with psychic related binaural beats.

This has happened to me about 8 times. Almost every day I'll be minding my own business, not thinking about whatever it is. Then eventually I'll get a text message or something from a person who's name that I think of even before I get the notification. In other words, I can tell who's going to message me about 2-4 seconds before I get the message. It's a phenomenon and it doesn't happen at will. I was hoping if it could though, how would I control it? And it is not a guess. The name of the person just pops into my head. And I am just mind blown, Illiterally freak out.

You don't know you're projecting unless you're lucid dreaming right?
#8
Can you define dream? To my understanding it is just when your mind drifts off into a subconscious state. He said, "hypnagogic noises and... Visualizations before the body drops out of your concious control." That happens before I fall asleep, when I become subconscious, when I dream.
#9
Isn't that basically a dreaming state?
#10
Alright I won't do it. I was just wondering if it was safe. Do you know any alternatives? Alternate phasing methods.
#11
It's not exactly a quick poke, it's more of a gradual push inward. Doesn't hurt as far as pushing, the phasing hurts more.
#12
It's nothing more than pushing your eye balls inward with two fingers. You can get a phasing affect doing this alone, but doing what I call the hands free, "standard" phasing technique along with it, together they have gave me, personally the most intense phasing experience.
#13
Thanks for the heads up. Whatever it is, the phasing technique, I guess it's as any muscle metaphorically. You shouldn't overuse it,  or it will damage something, strain something. After phasing Ifound mmyself getting very tired. I don't know if that's from phasing but I don't have headaches but I have before.
#14
Yeah I guess I can define the feeling as "pressure" but it "intensifies" the phasing all together. I did it about an hour ago in Walmart. As I start to do it everything started moving smoother. I use the "standard" phasing method, it moves in quickly. Then, I start to see random abstractions, patterns, labyrinths, zig zags, dots, etc. Then eventually I see intense blue and usually the CEV of a face or something. Then I also get electricity or lightning all around my perception. Finally, I opened my eyes like any other time and everything was dark, and blurry (that happens). When my vision cleared up it looked as if I were "crossing" my eyes. But it was clear, I was seeing doubles. I got really scared; I thought I damamged my sight and it'd be stuck llike that. (That has never happened).
#15
Nah not crossing my eyes. Yeah it works fairly quickly. Why is that? Do you know what it does?
#16
Well I've only been doing this for a few days, phasing that is. I've always had the ability, but just never knew what it was. Anyways, I've found a new method and I was seeing if anyone else has used it. Well usually I'd just close my eyes and do it, I don't know the name for that but it seems pretty standard. I just recently started closing my eyes and pushing my eyes inward, not with a lot of force. But I do this with the "standard" method to further the affects, I find pushing the eyes in to be more effective. I don't know why, but has anyone else done it?

In the short time that I've been exposed to something as simple as the phrase "astral projection" or the word "phasing" it seems like my brain has advanced further than I can even comprehend. I want to know more, do more with and about my brain. I want to make it more powerful, I believe in order to do that, I'd need to understand what exactly I'm already capable of and use that in my favor. I'm posting this topic because if I can't understand my mind then hopefully one of you can explain to me what is going on inside of it. I'll try my best to describe to you what I see, what's going on in my head, what I'm thinking, my CEVs. My mind is complex as many of yours' are, all I want is information and insight. Unlocking my brain's full potential is already out of the question, I know that. Unlocking more of it, I've already accomplished, so I believe. So, I will tell you what I'm capable of and I also want to ask a few questions. Forgive me if my knowledge of astral projection and the mind doesn't meet your standards. By the way I'm only 14 and have been here since the 16th I believe.

Well first off what exactly is phasing? To my understanding, it is just a method of building up to astral projection. Just a few days ago I first discovered that I was phasing. It's an ability. This phasing, something I'm capable of, it does give me some insight. So maybe it is more than a method working up to or astral projection. I say this because every time I do what I believe to be phasing I basically have an option to increase or decrease brain activity. This is from my understanding, I don't know what phasing is exactly, that's why I'm here. But from what I understand it's a way of merely controlling my brain, two simple functions of increasing or decreasing brain power and activity. When I phase I can either put myself in the mindset of falling asleep or increase brain activity and wake myself up. When I increase when I'm already awake I close my eyes and I can get abstractions and visuals, anything from vivid vibrants waves and spectrums (rainbows) to intense electric pulses and lightning strikes around my perspective. Also the lightning may be accompanied by what appears to be two or one glowing eye balls. When I phase they pop out, it truly looks to be electric, electricity from my brain being brought out by phasing? Is it possible? Is this suppose to happen. Once again, I ask the question what is phasing, is it something that's being overlooked by everyone and I'm the only one who sees it's potential; if you would see what I see and experience and gather the knowledge that I have gotten from phasing you'd understand why I'm crazy about it. Maybe you were the same way when you started, well just welcome me because I truly love this study and ability. When I phased a few times I've gotten a hallucination that I got a few weeks ago when I did the cheap inhalants drug called "air duster" or "duster". When I took one hit out of the canister I instantly became heavy and my time perception was slowed down quite a bit. I stood up off of the bed where I sat, gone. Went to the dresser with the mirror, though my memory is foggy, I still remember the hallucination of the lasers. They were flashy dotted lines that formed the shape of a cone facing away from my face. Why exactly did I get the same hallucination when I phased a few days ago? The visual when I phased seemed clear as it was when I did the actual drug. Not only that, I actually saw it swirl and form into the lasers. Well some may say that it was just off of my memory. Well another time when I phased I saw closed eye visuals of what appeared to be LSD or acid hallucinations. The way people described them clearly was the same way I would describe the CEVs. They weren't like the lasers; not only were they closed eye while the lasers were open, they displayed vivid colors and wavy themes, rather than stiff dotted lines. They flowed smoothly moved in with my thoughts. I don't know if this is a proven fact because I haven't researched it much, but this is my theory. That all drugs, or at least most only bring out the minds capabilities. We are, or at least I am to an extent able to make myself dizzy, or at least think I am. You may say, "Yeah, it's all in your mind." Well of course it is, aren't drug chemicals meant to tap into our nervous system and brain and get into our "mind"? Well yes, all they do is intensify what our brain is already capable of.

Well that's all I'll bother you with now, feel free to message me, be a critic, post your opinions, answers, thoughts, but I just hope you and I understand, me and our brains.

I've been phasing...and listening to binaural beats...as well as meditating...I've been abusing my mind all day with this phasing thing. Now I'm getting an open eye visual of a hallucination I got a few weeks ago when I did air duster (drug, inhalants...I'm clean now) I saw lasers when I did it...when I do the phasing thing I get memories bits and pieces of memories...now im seeing the lasers as I did when I was on air duster. I actually saw the hallucination/visual form and appear tonight. When I was trying to fall asleep my mind was just restless. When I close my eyes my brain hurts even more than the constant headache that I have itself. I've tried listening to some binaural beats an hour ago but couldn't focus and my mind was all over the place. I guess I've been phasing too much and basically over used my brain. Right now when I'm trying to fall asleep my brain is having too much activity. I'm tired, I want to sleep but it's like when I close my eyes too much visuals and abstractions are taking place. It's distracting me, so is the headache, from allowing me to focus on sleeping; I can actually force myself to fall asleep or get into that mode by using the phasing technique, but since my mind is beat, overused and it hurts I can't phase nor can I rest at least. Right now constantly coming back to my phone and updating this topic. When I close my eyes it feels like I'm phasing, I'm getting the CEVs and my brain is burning and aching. No matter how hard I try to focus on my breath instead of my thoughts I still end up amplifying the heating sensation as I would if I were trying to phase. Has this happened to anyone else?
