Wow I was wondering what it was It wasn't dream and it wasn't sleep paralysis
I did astral several times like this I just wake up, feel to sleepy and feel my self going out of my
body but this time I don't feel anything it went so fast I just close my eyes and wake
up in the same room, it was kinda strange,
I need now to learn how to control this or move away, cause It's kinda hard to move
while i'm out of my body.

So something strange is happening to me, today when I woke up, I woke up but my body wasn't awake
And I haven't got sleep paralysis I was In something very close to reality I even didn't thought my body was
sleeping, I was kinda able to move but I don't know why I didn't stand up, I knew it wasn't real,
cause my reflection on the mirror was very weird, after that I felt so sleepy, I didn't want to close my eyes
my eyes was closing and I was trying to open them, then after that a black weird thing attacked me
and I woke up, when I woke up i was super sleepy, I slept Again!!, and I went through the same
I was in bed and semi sleep paralysis, something attack me and I woke up, and I was too sleepy so
I did sleep again for the 3rd time, this time I wanted to wake up and leave the bed, I was semi able to move
There was that black weird thing again, But he didn't attack me, I screamed hey you!, but my scream came
out of my mouth after several seconds, I trapped out of my body for few minutes until I felt sleepy and I woke
up i took my phone and I played high music and i did stand up so I wont sleep again.
And it's not the only time!! it happen to me often every week.

Sorry for making this long, But I really don't understand this
and it's very annoying

Well Yeah I guess I'm lucky for that, I read that alot of people take months trying to do this and it never worked for them,
I'll try to start learning more about this amazing experience.

Humm, I'm glad to have my first projection even If I didn't know i'm projecting 
I don't think there was someone trying to stop me, because no anyone of my friends or people in my city
believe in astral project, so it maybe I'm still new to this I need to learn how to move and control in what
is happening.

First @AAAAAAAA, I wasn't in sleep paralysis because I was flying above my body, and what does (locked by someone mean)  ?

And @Xanth Thanks for explaining, But..
1.I wasn't trying to project so why is my body started to project ? 
2.I thought I might be projected, But I saw my father and his eye balls was just white, there was no eye pupil, no iris no anything,
Just white blank eyes, and he was near my bed looking at me, BTW my father was sleeping in the same room! In the real world.

Today I woke up and I was very sleepy so i decided to sleep more, but when I tried to sleep I got vibrations and very strong ZZZZZ sound in my head, I was very very sleepy, I stayed awake for few minutes and I tried to sleep again I got the same vibrations and the ZZZZZ sound, I closed my eyes, I start feeling i'm flying then, I dreamed i'm in the same room, I knew it was dream but I couldn't move or do anything, I saw my Father and his eyes was just full white then after few minutes I wake up, every time I put my head on the pillow I start getting strange feelings, vibrations and sounds, since then I didn't sleep till this moment.

If you have any idea about what is happening with me please let me now.

I'm A guy who new in Astral Projection and I tried to astral project several times but it didn't worked
I did everything right, everything was fine with me, I lay down and start doing the stuff
My heart start beating super fast and I start feeling in little vibration in my legs and my stomach,
then my eyes start being white after that nothing happened, I try to move my soul out but I can't!
I keep doing this for several minutes then my heart beats start slowing and I lose the vibration,
then I lose all the power :/, I feel I have the enough power to astral project because sometimes I feel
in that super strong heart beats and the zzzz sound while i'm siting or relaxing, but I don't know what
is the problem with me.

And By the way I'm Lucid dreamer, I'm doing lucid dream since really really long time, since I was child
I was know i'm inside dream and I have the ability to stop the dream and wake up, then I read about
Lucid dreaming and now I have the ability to do anything in the dream, creating people, moving buildings
superpowers everything.

Hello, I'm having strange issue, it's happened to me 3 times and I'm wondering what is happening,
First off i'm not astral projector I tried for astral projection for several times and it didn't work.

what happening with me right now, sometimes when I go to sleep (normal sleep) and I wake up I can't move my self!!
I feel like I'm frozen I can't move any part of my body and I only can move and use my eyes a little, it happened to me 3 times
and I'm afraid of what happening because I don't know if it's something natural or something bad,
