I dont know the details but my friend had a dream of me letting myself being cremated alive. I had signed up for it willingly, and it looked scary according to him.

What does it mean? Any details? experiences maybe?

Last summer my friend and i went on vacation to Kirchzarten which is located in the south of germany near freiburg. We had these friends who used to come to a playground in some dark woods and sometimes they went to a mountain behind this, this place is very dark and scary but with friends there was nothing to be scared of at all...

Later when my friend and i were about to go home we wanted to say goodbye and they said they have gone to this mountain, so we wanted to go there as we did.

On our way to the playground there is a small dark scary bridge that we had to pass and this goes over a small river. On our way pass the playground and these 'fences' in front of it we needed flashlight from our phones to see everything, suddenly our phones were off and no way to put them back on... Strange thing is that we just charged both phones... We were both a little scared out there and decided to go back to the campsite, when we saw a flashlight behind the fences,we went over them to check out if our friends maybe be there, but nothing was there when suddenly these swings started swinging at this playground... We screamed guys its enough now stop it. No answer, we went futher and saw a man man, wife, and children with almost all luxury suits on. We asked if they might have seen our friends, they said 'no', just no, thats the only thing theyve said. We decided to go back as we walked over that bridge when i said something to him he didnt respond so i checked my back and he was gone, the bridge was all dark and i was scared to go back but i still did so... I saw these 4 people again, so i asked them politely if they saw him. No they said... As i saw my friend later walking just behind there... Then these entities got in their car and drove away and we are both scared as bonk because later my friend told me the exact same story that "i" wasnt responding and "he" had to walk back as he was scared, and "he" saw these people/entities and asked the same thing... That made us really terrified... It really made us think...

Now finally i decided to place this weird story here as maybe you guys know what to do, was this somekind of dreamwalking? Even though i know that i was just awake and not sleeping at all...

What do you guys think?

Congrats! My biggest fear are spiders acyually and i have seen them also, ive got a thread about that on this forum. Which methods do you use? Or do these OBE's occur spontaniously just like me?

My name is Marc and i'm totally new to this forum and i got a question. Let me explain:

I had never heard of Astral Projection before until one night i woke up at 3:00 sawing spiders on the moment i opened my eyes, i had done a research the next morning and people said it where sleep hallucinations, a sleeping desease, but that is not what i believe because i never had something like this before. So i managed to found someone experiencing the same thing, his biggest fear was also spiders and is also my biggest fear.
Someone helped him towards it and he said something about Astral Projection. So i wanted to found out more and i managed to find someone telling me: Did you ever wonder why you could see this spiders in the middle of the night? So when reading this i was like WTF that's true, i was seeing them in total darkness, i saw their full texture while it was dark. When i smashed the spider and ran towards the light switch the spiders where gone and that was my first weird experience at night.

So learning more about astral projection i found this weird but simple kind of method to astral project. I had to be really really tired and had to concentrate on something whichever i like. So i concentrated on my breathing and didn't concentrate too deep because otherwise i would get itching problems and that sucked, because the man said i shouldn't move my body. He said you are tricking the brain to think your body is asleep and then you are able to step out of your physical body. So trying this method i was starting to tingle and prickle, it started at my feet moving upwards and it stopped at my stomach. It became very uncomfortable so i stopped and went to sleep.

Now yesterday evening i wanted to try it again because i was facinated about the tingling and prickling which i heard was common. so i went to the tingling and prickling point and then i got these weird pulses, my fingers wanted to move and my toes wanted to. it's like some kind of Tourette, some kind of tics... then it felt like i was floating, not really floating but just a bit, really hard to explain. I heard a guy saying:

You can concentrate on the colors and shapes you see in the darkness when you have your eyes closed. So i did, seeing very small weird shapes, like playstation symbols moving towards me. and then at that moment! i totally got something like 'SUCKED' inside of the total darkness. the darkness you see when you have you eyes closed i mean with that. After that, i could see like a very small black hill. i started to move my head and realized it wasn't a hill but it was my 'blanket' i also realized i got my damn eyelids closed and could still see everything. Then i suddenly got very terrified and i was totally back...

My mother had something also, she told me when she goes sleeping on the middle of the day when she is very tired. she sometimes gets paralysed. she cannot say or move everything. she goes back to sleep and when she wakes up everything is fine.

So what could this be? is this normal or is this my way to astral projection.
