The funny thing about the entity that I kicked was  it looked liked the  five nights at Freddies monster. I had been playing with my grandsons who love the game. and I made the comment jokingly that he scared me, and I said It out loud. Then this same guy is sitting waiting for me to get out ,and then comes at me with a growl. Do you think it heard me say that and appeared that way to me?
 

I'm new at astral projection,and I can handle the out of body part, but my main fear is meeting not so pleasant entities.So far I kicked one with my foot as I first got out of my body. I saw him the next time and he wasn't as threatening. But It's all so much. I guess I want to raise my frequency to enter the astral at a higher level.Feeling a higher vibration.
I want to prepare for what is over there and not be caught off guard. Anyway, thanks for the advice. I'll keep in touch with my experiences and learn to grow spiritually
 

How do I get over the fear of the astral.Feel like such a big baby. I want to be filled with love,but how do I do that?
