I can't seem to fully relax. I become almost hyper-sensitive to anything, ie. this is itching I need to scratch, my bed sheet is slightly bunched and I'm lying on it and it's bothering me, I get a song in my head etc. It might be a by-product of my anxiety disorder, who knows.
I almost feel that I'm more successful when forcing it such as inducing my "shiver" described in my first post even though my body is not completely relaxed.
