I don't know if I can ask about these things here, but at least I'll give it a try.
My problem is that 3 years ago I split up with my former girlfriend - we've been together for a long time.
I know it sounds strange, but I CAN FEEL HER PRESENCE (my pulse is about 2 times higher) if she is somewhere near, even without seeing her - it happened me a lot of times that I felt she is somewhere around and after few minutes I met her.
Also it looked 2 times that we will be again together - she met me and told me that he loves me (I DID NOTHING to meet her)
- but it's like I am cursed, because then happened that she found somebody else.

I will never write about this things, but this Feelings about her presence convinced me to do so.
Actually I am very skeptic bout that (I am scientist, so anyone can imagine how hard was it for me to accept that such things can exist)

Can anyone help me with that?

Hi, thats my experience, maybe it will help
when I started to do some relaxation exercises i felt immediately strange pressure between my eyes and eyebrows
- from that time i know how other people feel even when i dont see them - i know when they feel happy, when they want to smile, to cry and so on.  (i know only a bit bout this stuff, anyway im sure that this is it)
Now  this place in my head is working almost whole day (BELIEVE ME I KNOW HOW OTHERS FEEL - moreover i found out that if u know it then there is a connection between u and that person - they somehow know it)
- like the other stuff in life u have to work out to develop it - what i did (and im doin) is that i really want to step into others person feelings (i FEEL that I and that person - we are one being) and to make em happy (just help em)
- the post from Beavis is very wise , u should think about it
- i changed a couple of friends too (they were gone) , cause I knew when some of em had bad feelings for me
- anyway there is 1 thing bout it which scares me - sometimes i feel very drained (after i step into other person) and I have to sleep whole day - i was last year 2 times very sick and doctors couldnt figure out whats wrong with me (wasnt sick my whole life except flu) - i had very strong pain (it was so bad that they were givin me real drugs), so take care
- probably it has something to do with energy protection - if anyone can recommend me something i will appreciate it

I had the same experiences as you before - when I didnt even now what is meditation and all this blah blah blah
- it happened to me at random places at random time

so I started to do this "meditation stuff" and I feel stronger than ever before
- the first thing whatr I've learned was the Corrector technique (type it in google and u will find it - dont give up at the beginning it will come)
- if u learn this than u can do another stuff ...later

i forgot to mention , that u r forcing ur brain to achieve the alpha state by meditation

my opinion is that actually if u know what is EEG u will get it.
EEG is kind of a device that measures the frequency of your brain - it means the frequency under which the cells are communicating between emselves (for example frequency 15Hz means that each cell sends 15 electric impulses per seconds to each neighboring cell).

The measurements showed that in the awake state your brain frequency is about 15-30 Hz - this is called beta state
- when u sleep , then in the first stage of sleep u get from 15 till 7-8Hz - alpha state - you are still awake but your thoughts are "dull"
- this is probably the state which u r experiencing in the morning
- when u fall to sleep is exactly 7 Hz, then it goes till 2 Hz - this is very deep sleep

- now to ur question - if u try to force ur brain to experience this frequency through a day (actually there is no exact frequency of the brain but f.e. frequency of 7Hz means that most of your braincells are communicating at speed of 7Hz), then the brain get used to this state , so u will experience more often this state even in the  awake state - this was actually invented by Russian scientist Pavlov in 19century and it is called Pavlov reflex

So , the result is that when u wake up u r at about 7-8Hz but u r already know what it is (u r conscious about it), and ur mind is already trained to stay in this state for a longer time

Oh come on man, There are 80 min, 90 min, and 99 min audio CD's (most of them have bigger capacity though, all of em at least 1 min bigger) - u just have to select in your CDR burning software an option something like Enable overburn (In Nero it is in Preferences - Advanced - Enable Overburn) - and use the 90 or 99 min CD

- and still I dont understand coz original BW presets are designed so , that u come to theta state in 10-20 minutes and it works (u just have to use good headphones - a big ones)

This is very easy - at first go to wave- and choose the opztion Play into wav file.
This wav - file can be directly burned into Audio cd

If u want to burn mp3 files then u have to encode wave files with some soft (f.e. Audiograbber)
- important - in settings of Audiograbber u choose the codec - the codec u have also to download (from somewhere) - but be careful - because lot of codecs mix both stereo channels in order to have better compression

So if u r not familiar with this kind of stuff I recommend U just to play it into wav file and burn it as audio CD

Try to learn the Corrector technique (I assure you it works - u can find it on the web http://www.lclark.edu/~crowl/hypnosis.html ) - just dont give up from the beginning - it will come (I learned it in 1 and half month)

- just type in google Psychic Seduction and you will find it

also u can try Brainwave Generator - u can find shareware version on internet - then generate wav files, burn on the CD (do not do mp3 files from them cause some mp3 codecs mix left and right channels - then u will feel no effect) and listen - it really helped me a lot at the beginning - but now I am trying to meditate without it

I also started with meditations about 40 days ago - and at the beginning I had also feeling like I dont feel my hands

- now I can bring myself to the state where I cannot feel my whole body, BUT I have also one question - am I supposed to hear something or not?

the reply is I don't know, but as I alredy mentioned EVERYTIME when I start something with other girl she suddenly return back into my life, so probably she feels something.

The problem is that I don't live in my homeland (where she is), but EVERYTIME when I have a new relationship (I do not force myself into new relationships - it just come), something happens that I meet her (I do nothing for it!) and my former relationship is simply gone away.
I am pretty frustrated about this situation  - I see only 2 escapes from this -
first is to cut the connection (but I don't know how to do it- since I was persued - I am happy if she is happy - a lot of times that it's gone but it isn't)
- the second one is to somehow try to attract her or what (but i also don't know how  - I have usually no problems with women, but this is very special case)
