which version of the software from the rarlab site needs to be downloaded in order to utilize the mp3 files placed by frank mulley ?     no doubt this has been mentioned somewhere, but i've not seen it.

thanks.  nick

greetings all!  i'm a relatively new member to this site and find it the most valuable site that i have seen.  after 25 or so years of "on again, off again 00b's / lucid dreams, i find that the posts from adrian, frank, and others to just the "tonic" to get myself to be motivated to do the daily work required for "progress".

frank, i'm looking forward to your creation of all of your posts related to phasing.   i actually have most of them now.... stapled, and highlighted without any organization.

when reading all of these posts, i often wish that this info could have been so readily available years ago.  oh, well ... i truly feel lucky now .

thanks again to all of you on this site

i am interested in what i've seen on this forum concerning the bw generator.  however, computer skills are limited.  i used to fly so only use my system for flight sims, and don't know anything about mp3 files/wav files.

any advice about how the system is setup once you've installed the cd would be helpful.
thanks, nick

getting through?

frank,  i agree with you so far.   difficult for me to tell any difference between tracks one , and two.  probably will give three a try in a few days.
off the subject and i apologize.  today using track 2 to move consciousness from behind the eyes, and then to a visualized pyramid "in the mind"... you've mentioned this technique in other posts.     my question is :  when you move from "behind the eyes" are you placing your consciousness to a point in front of say the brow chakra, or are you moving it inwards to where some call the amygdala area.   i've been placing the visual to the point "outside" and beyond the third eye area, and wondered if i had your thought backwards?      thanks

hi, frank.   i recently purchased the awakenedminds cd.   there are 3 tracks.  have you been listening to all 3 straight through or repeating a specific track?
thanks much,  nick

hello, frank

when time permits would you please go into more depth concerning "exploring beyond the astral", and the "new exchange territories".

for example: "when" in the process do you place your intent, and

then do you simply passively observe, or do something active?

also, over the years i've read about, and spoken to a few people that supposedly reach the "mental" planes.   i believe adrian has some experience in this area.    these planes are generally described as beyond the astral, and "indescribable".
any idea where the new exchange territories fit in this vast ocean of realities?

thanks for your views on this, and your many phasing posts.

hello, kenneth.

i was greatly interested in your recent post on the use of emotions to reach your inner self, and how it "recharges" your system.

the "seth material" always stressed that the main pathway to the inner self was via one's emotions, but i had never read anyone explain a method of doing this so clearly as what you've written.
amazing!

question:  what particular emotions have you found most useful with your technique ??

also, any further information on "moving through your emotions" would be greatly appreciated... ie presenting it from a different angle or how it varies from one meditation to another.

again,  a very interesting and appreciated work on your part.

as a new member i would like to completely concur with the sentiments expressed by "quebec" on the 29th april... especially how valuable it is to have many explanations/approaches to the same levels consciousness presented to us all.

frank,  i can't say enough. i've been spinning my wheels for 25 years. sometimes with success, more often laziness. you've been an inspiration.

adrian. the "astral locale" will also provide similar motivation, especially for those of us still  on the lower end of the learning curve.   i look forward to the possibilities.

thanks, nicholas
