Well I would like to start by giving a small bit of information concerning what happened to me recently.  In December I "awakened" psychically.  During my awakening I discovered one of my guides.  "Elanora" as I understand was alive during the crusades, and lived in Portugal.  She is somehow tied into the religous order of the knights of St. John. I also found that somehow my own beingness is tied somehow to Rosacrusianism.  As I began my quest for knowledge, I could feel this overwhelming presence approaching me from a distance.  When a friend of mine tried to help me with this, I was immediately attacked by these unseen beings.  My friend is an experienced medium, and with her help I was able to see the beings, there were at least 12 of them, and if I had to describe these beings I would describe them like the ring wraiths in the Lord of the Rings. Because of the attack I suffered sharp shooting pains in my whole right side of my body, and now I am having difficulty grounding, and getting in touch with my medium.  I would really like to know more about myself, and my guides.  This attack has made it extremely difficult to seek the path of inner peace.  Please help!!!

I have been trying to do work on my energy, and I have made small steps of progress, I would like to regain balance with my energy and the energy of the universe.  last night I was attacked by some unseen force.  I was laying in bed last night, sudennly I was awaken by the sudden feeling of being pulled out of bed.  I awoke and could not move or speak, and the covers of my bed were being pulled back despite my best efforts to hold on to them.  I was terrified by this unseen force, I quickly did my best to concetrate, and tried to think "I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to go to the light." I thought this to my self until I was able to speak it freely. I still was unable to sleep after this event.  Please tell me how to protect myself from this!!!!
