I am beginning to become farmiliar with what MBA feels like deep donw, way in my big toes.  In astral dynamics, Bruce states that we need not concentrate intense awareness in one position and move it, rather feel the outline of the whole body part we are focusing on and "brush around" in a more general way.  My questions lay in the difference between the intense pressure I can now create at the base of each big toe, and the more general sponging of energy through the whole toe or whole foot.  What is a good indication that any of those smaller chakras are being properly worked?  Any advice or tips will be greatly apprecieated!

Hello all, I need the advice and help of anyone who is willing.  I am a beginner in the OBE training systems Robert has developed.  Currently I am working on the NEW energy system primarily.  I need some good suggestions on a proper chair for correct body support from anyone who can help.  A sofa seems too soft, with not enough support for my neck, a computer chair doesnt offer any neck support either.  I have had ok luck with a dining room chair for back support, but once my back muscles relax, the wooden back digs into my back, which is uncomfortable.  My question is:  What are some of your favorite types of chairs to do energy body developement in or an exit attempt.  Anyone tried a recliner?  My bed seems to be a bad candidate, because I just fall right to sleep.  Thanks to anyone who can help!

If you wouldnt mind, I would be really interested in hearing about what type of meditation you practice.  Is it just a mindfulness practice of the breath?  Trance?  If you could take the time to describe it to me (what the process is) I would really appreciate it.  Thanks

I find that the method Robert develpoed where you imagine a bread role or donut over each primary center then feel your awareness hands ripping this donut apart over and over agian will be effecitve in stimulating a primary center.  How did you do the beginning energy work, just following the NEW system?  I'm interested in this overall body tingle you speak of because I'd like to know just how you achieve this.  Thanks. Hope this helps
