The server crashed (which is why the forum wouldn't load for a few days) and two months of data was lost.

I don't have an E-Book reader but I was wanting to get one so I was looking at the Nook. It's still somewhat new but it's gotten pretty good reviews and it's the first E-Reader to incorporate a touchscreen.

If there's something about you that you want to change, just put the actual effort into changing them. 

I will definitely put the effort into changing things about myself.

There are a few things that I've been trying to change that I haven't really been successful at changing so I was hoping subliminal messages might help me make those changes.

There are some things that I want to change about myself (I mainly want to try and become less shy) and I was thinking about playing audio subliminal messages on my computer to help make the changes. It seems like it's pretty easy to make audio subliminal messages so I was going to make them myself because I don't really trust the ones that you buy online.

Are audio subliminal messages effective?

First of all, you should never buy crystals without being able to see and touch them first if possible.  

You are drawn to the stone and it to you.  They are conscious and choose you.  You could assume that the energetic connection would still happen online, but from experience I tell you that it's best if you can handle them.

Believe me, I'd love to go to crystal or metaphysical store and pick out a crystal but I don't think there are any stores like that in my town. I guess I could check out some crystals next time I go with my grandma to a craft show (my grandma loves rocks lol).

I was looking at a pendulum on ebay that was made of obsidian and I think I'm going to buy it (it's only $5 so it's not that expensive) but it says it's for healing so will it still work for answering questions (I'm sure it will but I just want to make sure)?

I'm going to buy a pendulum and I was wondering if the type of rock that it is made from makes a difference?

I'm going to have to either buy me one or make one. The only problem I would have with a pendulum is holding it still because it's hard for me to hold my hand absolutely still.

Today I brought my birds into our local bird store to get them groomed and we started talking to the lady that owned it and we asked her if our bird was male or female (we just got the bird a few days ago so we didn't know). She pulled out her pendulum and put it over the bird to find out if the bird was male or female! My parents asked her about it and she said it's always been 95% correct. She said she even did it on ten birds that she bred and found out what the pendulum said they were and then she did DNA tests on them to see what they really were and the pendulum got 9 out of 10 correct!

It's amazing what pendulums can be used for.

Whenever I read about the planes the words frequency and density come up alot.

Does frequency and density refer to the same thing when it's referring to the planes or do they mean different things?

If the Greys are killing people that are a threat to them then wouldn't the people be an even bigger threat because if they die then they'll be in the astral permanently (or until they're reincarnated) where they can practice battling so they'll be even stronger when they do battle the Greys?

I wonder why the Greys are bad

She hasn't been saying anything about it anymore but I'm sure when I get Astral Dynamics she'll start saying things again

So do they have to leave their bodies to go to other planes?

I've been thinking about the Greys and I was wondering why we have to leave our body to go the other planes but Greys can go to any plane without leaving their body.

Yea, they fight to test there abilities in combat.
