I once read or heard somone say that on the astral level time does not exist, allowing one to interact with beings that have not yet been born or have been dead for quite some time. This brings up the question, is it possible to spend an eternity on astral level in say, one session? Maybe not an eternity but longer than it would actualy be in the physical world.

I know there beyond many different methods and techinques to AP, I have read quite a bit and continue to do so but for me it is hard to tell whethor or not there are certain methods that seem to work better for a larger group of people.  To keep your reply simple and quit just give the name or some keywords of the method, that in itself would be a great help. If this is a stupid question tell me so that I may better understand. Thanks
