I do find that I have alot more clarity and a feeling of peace and contentment after an astral projection, especially the following day.  Everything looks and feels crisper.  As far as more wisdom knowing that there is another plane and having been there, that this here on earth is not all there is, is enlightening to me.  What I feel confusion about is putting it all together ie the astral projection experience, in my brain after it has happened because there is usually so much going on.  I've just been getting back into it again and the more I've been reading on it I reallize I've been having several ap's which I might' ve thought was only lucid dreams.

All in all it is a wonderful feeling of peace in my whole being that one could hardly begin to describe to someone who has never experienced astal projections.

Sounds like it was quite the interesting workshop.  I've never been to Sedona but I understand it is a very spirtual place.  Maybe one day I will make it there as I"m in Boulder City, NV so it's only about a half day drive.

I am slowly refreshing myself on my astral knowledge since this experience yesterday greatly renewed my interest in ap.  After reading DH's stated that a more physical intensity is on the lower plane I'd have to say that was my experience.   I think I still pull myself out of the projection because of fear which I need to get over.

I will read up on your blog ancient_one.  It is such an intense experience, as has been any astral experience over the ten years I've been experiencing them.  I had gone for a few years with no astral projections at all, or I would feel myself start to pull out of my body but then pull myself back in many times.

I forgot how the day after I've had an astral experience everything seems so much clearer to me, I have this awareness and clarity in my head and feel very calm and peaceful.  I will try to avoid intimate astral experiences as it was almost too intense but I swear this astral entity totally snuck up on me.  It can be hard to describe in words how it feels.

I'd never had any luck when trying to induce myself into astral projection while trying to fall asleep, my experiences have always happened when I'd been asleep for some time then I feel myself twirling around.  Maybe now as I'm getting a little older into my forties I won't pull myself back out when going for a little trip to the astral plane.

I'm replying to my post in a pseudo re post/new question because my first original post on here kinda seems self centered asking too much about myself and not what others have experienced. (and I didn't want to start a new topic after just joining tonight)

I've reading about rude awakenings during an obe or astral projection, what are other's experiences.  If you read my first post I might have answered myself here after what I've read about rude awakenings.  Yet it really is all so confusing.

Also on the astral lover thingy on my first post above, I've been reading about demons pretending to be an astral lover? Whaaa??? Is that true?  Because if I had an astral lover experience lover experience I sure hope I wasn't being lovey dovey with some demon. 

Input and insight on everyones's experience in this realm I look forward to reading about on her .  Unfortunately I don't have many family or friends who aren't more than a little skeptical on these subjects.  If I try to talk to them about it I get the eye roll so it's been kinda frustrating.  I've really been enjoying reading these forums here. 

Hi all, I took a nap this afternoon with my hubby and groggily was woken up by what I thought was my hubby getting frisky with me.  I looked behind me and saw it wasn't him then I look over saw hubby sleeping with this man touching me from behind caressing my neck and lots of other, umm, how shall i say, erotic goings on. Next thing I was somewher else not in my bedroom anymore but I was swooshing around, twirling myself and when I would touch this man it would go right through him, if that makes sense.

I've astrally projected on and off for ten years now, usually from a deep sleep state and I seem to wake up while in the projection.  I've felt myself return to my physical body but never leave as alot of time I could feel myself leave my body but pull back in maybe because of fear?

Anyway this man said to me he had to leave, then I heard a buzzing sound with alot of people voices and all static like, or sort of like a radio not being tuned in (I've experience this before upon returning to my physical self).  I didn't want this man to go but then I felt myself lying down face to the ceiling then rolling over and falling back into myself (physical self lying on stomach).

I've tried to do a search on astral sex but nothing I found seemed similar to my experience.

Did I have an astral lover experience?  Any feedback greatfully appreciated.
