I must add this experience can not be compared with Phasing in my opinion because it was just sooooooo real contrary to phasing where my vision is way poorer and darker and so fleeting
I feel compelled to mention here that certain techniques suit certain individuals. While you might not have a good experience with phasing, I certainly find phasing to be the most useful way to project. Also, from your description it does sound that you projected successfully. Congratulations :-)

So recently I came upon this webpage(http://astralprojection-guide.com/astral-projection-technique-phasing), through which I came to know about DMT. Then I came to know about a host of other perception altering herbs. So my question is, are any of these herbs/drugs required for AP? Do they provide some additional benefit or is it not worth it.

Also, please share your experiences of AP while on a drug/herb.

Cheers,

Hi all!
I was reading Frank's theories on phasing and I really got interested in the topic. I understand that Frank took Robert's work as a base and built up on that. In that case, can anyone mention specific works of Robert that deal mainly with phasing? Any other resources related to phasing would also be appreciated.

Also, if you have some personal experience with phasing, do share them here so that all of us can learn and grow.

Cheers

Well, I understand that since the very term itself is "Subjective Energy". SO it has to be subjective or different for each one. However, how has it affected your F1? What I mean is, after experiencing F4, were there any significant implications in your F1?

Hi Everyone. First off, this is where I have been reading from:
http://www.astralpulse.com/frankkepple.html

Okay, now a bit of background about myself. I am currently a student (21) and became interested in AP a few months ago. After a lot of unsuccessful attempts at AP, I eventually gave up. But recently, I stumbled upon Frank Kepple's works and became quite interested in his theory. Now the thing is, I am from India. Being from India, I have had exposure to a lot of "spiritual" texts since I was a kid. I quoted spiritual because I feel that spirituality and science are two sides of the same coin and are often misunderstood. Now, there are several schools of thoughts in India about a creator or God. Now I was introduced to a few texts that had some commentaries on the nature of our consciousness and the nature of reality. I would highly advise people interested in this to read some of Swami Krishnanda Saraswati's (Google him) works. I assure you, the works are not from a religious viewpoint but a product of rational thinking. I guess you could also watch his YouTube videos (https://www.youtube.com/user/narayani21/videos), though you might find the Indian accent a bit difficult to understand.  :-P

The reason I gave all the above info was to clarify that I have already been exposed to Frank's way of thinking. The texts I read also go beyond what Frank calls F4 but that's for later. Right now, the F4 region is what interests me. There are a lot (and I MEAN A LOT) of similarities between what Frank experienced and what I have read over the past years. Of course, reading them is one thing but actually experiencing them is what we call "Realisation". That being said, since I am not yet capable of experiencing the state myself, is there anyone here who has actually ventured into the F4 region? Please guide me about this region.

Also, if you guys are interested, I have some pretty amazing conclusions from the texts I read which I have no problem posting on a separate thread. So let me know if you guys want that.

Hey Guys!
I am pretty new to the forum (and to AP itself). I have a question that has been troubling me since the past many days. The thing is, when I sleep, my eyes are almost half open. When I try projecting, I follow these techniques:

1. Lie down on back with eyes closed.
2. Progressive Relaxation
3. Focus on the space between my eyebrows and avoid an movements.

Now the problem is, to trick the body into SP, should I keep my eyes half open? It so happens that after sometime of lying down I feel my eyes opening. Once I went with the flow and they opened fully  :-P

So what should I do? Should I forcibly close them, keep them half open or what?
