Hey I'm pretty new here, and fairly new at energy development, but I just wanted to ask...does anybody actually Train? Like actually set aside time and Train using Ki and everything? Thanks.

There is absolutely no rush. You're a beginer! That's even more reason to take it easy! I know you want to skip ahead and make Ki Balls and whatever but really.....take your time man...valuble advice.

Totally not true. Some sites are not suitable, others are decent. However there are exceptionally good ones out there. Just remember, it just may not be the site's fault that you're not properly doing something, but the fact that You may not be trying hard enough.

Ehh....try searching some past threads man, I'm sure there's tons of other topics posted HELP ME WITH KI or something, just seek and you will find. I don't think too many of us can give a lesson that you coud thoroughly learn anything from, here's some knowledgeable sites.. www.veritasonline.net www.psipog.net www.astralpulse.com (check out the N.E.W energy ways at astral pulse, they're very helpful.) Here's some wise pieces of advice, make sure to take your time with all this new stuff, don't be angered by failure, stick with it, and of course... haaaave fun LoL had to put that one in.

Aahhhh, one Biiiig tip, dont rush, dont rush, and.... dont rush! Heh, learn more and more each day about energy and it's ways, practice, meditate, just make sure to take you're time. Remember that, and don't take failure badly, just use it as motivation.

Well I would thouroghly take the time to look through and try not to rush anything. On an overall note I think a lot of beginers (me included) would like to grasp these concepts in minutes, but things take time[:I].

I agree with All you, if you're having difficulties or Maybe some skepticism, I suggest looking up the NEW way and trying it out, it does give very, very fast results, and it's fun. The first time I pre stimulated my feet (first try) I was surprised, felt like my foot was asleep, yet at the same time Full of energy.

WOW, fallnangel, you mentioned the NEW Energy Ways, well I haven't really explored much of Astral Pulse, because I mainly have been thinking it's just forums, but wow... I checked out the NEW ways and I saw IMIDIATE results, especially in the energy raising section. Thank you for mentioning that, and I HIGHLY suggest the NEW ways, and especially for people that may be having some difficulty. I've been reading throughout the guide for a LONG time now, and I'm realy surprised with the results. I've never come across some things said in there. And thank you Bruce for taking the time and effort in that, it Really works.

LoL I know, I once spent an hour of my life trying to knock down a building with my hands, darn DBZ influence. <LoL not really but as I've read about the Demonic War of 2012 and such, I heard people talking about training, I even e-mailed a website once and got an auto response saying something like I'm traiing for the rest of the year (and I'm pretty sure it was serious) So, ya know, i was just curious.

Hey guys I'm new here, and new at Energy development. I wanted to know how to hold your hands when forming a Ki Ball, some places tell you not to let yur hands or fngers touch and to just shape them like a ball.... but other say to clasp your hands and make the ball. Also, when i attempt to form the ball, and I'm going through my Breathing Cycle, I often close my eyes, and on more than one occasion, i've (seriously) passed out. Has this EVER happened to anyone else?
