I've had an account I've been APing since I was a little girl. It seems to be a natural ability for me, many times, more so than not, against my will. I've been aware, and willingly doing it since I was 15, and that's when I joined this site. (currently I am 19)
Often times it's difficult for me to move past the frightening visuals/sounds I hear upon leaving my body. I've had my fair share of good AP experiences, though. Sometimes I am able to control them. I'm working on it though. I have many questions for those who are more knowledgeable on the subject and I'm glad to be back on this forum!
I've also visited astral pulse island a few times. Quite an interesting experience =)
