That's weird, is the pain induced by anything?

I've felt extreme pain while OBEing btw, check out this post, it hurt as hell. Last time I also failed to project and ended up having weird physical pain going up and down my spine (cracking sound each time and lasting for about 2 seconds in each place, the cracking sound felt so clear it was overwhelming the electricity-sound). If it's the energy/electricity you feel, it might be strong physically so you really feel it?

It is the energy i know that, after a little research in my mind, the cause was myself u-u
i caused the "high voltage" by unleashin some kind of hidden energy inside me (hmm may be opening a chakra)
and by doing it without any knowledge about it, i got hit by my own streght!, i'll read the post thank u ;3

Is this pain in your physical body or astral?

First in the astral one
then when i come back, my sight, and my senses are all damaged for a while ><

I've been astral projecting unconsciously since i was a child  (when I say unconsciously or how ever it is spelled, I mean that i don't do anything for it, it just happens and when it happens, well, i take control of it and have awesome adventures and stuff) and it is very often, i love it, and I've found alot of amazing information over there, way much more than the ones you can find in books ;B

Pain is always there, it always hurts, it always feels like little needles between my bones, i have managed to get used to it, but like two days ago, it was 5 am, and i lay in bed to sleep, but suddenly i feel i was falling (that's normal i know), and some strange noises start to sound outloud, the energy was all around and it felt awful and good at the same time, it felt like some kind of sick pleasure...

and i heard my own voice saying; So this is how madness feels like?

I was literally suffering to death, and I'm not exaggerating, it was real pain

then this awesome music start to sound, and i was able to control everything (I'm a musician so this is like a dream for anyone like me xd)
but the point is, what is this pain i went through?, low planes? that's impossible i haven't done anything to get there, i was even happy when i went to bed that night

could anyone please help me? D;

i've also see myself as a young 8 year old kid, and the last time
i saw myself as a demon, so terrible my ears cried when i woke up, yes, my ears were spillin liquid D;
but i guess mirrors are what you want them to be...just don't think of silent hill xD

i've seen alot, but i hate the fact that i can't stay for too long over the plane..

and i'm sure a guide would help me with that..if i could ever find one!
so, does anyone actually knows how to find the guide?
