How does one start? I Know pretty much nothing....I tried the "Mind awake, body asleep" youtube link someone posted here, but it did not work =(

I'm intrested in all of theese kinds of things, Like psi balls and Obe's and what not, But i have a few questions for you all.

A) What are the extents of your "abilities" for lack of a better word, could you guys go anywhere you want? If so, doesn't that invade privacy? (lol)
B) If i were to hold a playing card in my hand, is it possible for you to AP and see this over then internet?

C) If its not too much to ask i'd like to ask for some help from an experence AP'er so i can develop my own skills
