Hey. There's this muscle I can flex in the brain that sends a brief euphoric chill down the spine.

When I lay down and constantly flex this "muscle in the head", it starts vibrating...like really VIBRATING.

My question is: What do I do once I get this vibration in the head? There isn't vibrations anywhere else but the head. I'm aware that this head vibration is the same vibration we all get when we sleep..but how do I turn that head vibration into a full body OBE?

thnx for any help.

I have this sort of muscle that I can flex in my head, it also can send a chill down my spine like when you watch a good movie or hear a good song, or sometimes you get the chill in social situations.

When I lay down in bed, I can "blink" it very hard, sending chills down my spine, after about 3 or 4 minutes, the pineal gland/third eye starts vibrating. But that's it after that I don't know what to do. I want to enter a wake-induced-lucid-dream.

Another night I went to sleep, and kept the pineal gland FLEXED or open or whatever, and fell asleep. I felt sleep paralysis kick in, and eventually seen hypnagogic imaginary. But now I can't do it anymore, everytime I try and go to sleep with it flexed, I feel my body get lighter, then i eventually lose consciousness.

I had a couple of alcoholic drinks after that sleep paralysis experience. But that can't possibly be why I always lose consciousness with pineal gland flexed can it? I remember combining it with visualizing I think the first time, then I also did it last night, but I STILL lose consciousness. I immediately thought that keeping the pineal gland flexed or third eye open would keep me conscious/aware as I fall asleep.

I've read one post on this forum by this girl I think she said she could do it to, and she was entering other people's dream. How do i operate this muscle?!?! There is almost nothing of it on the internet. All they say is just meditate on it, but I don't have ot meditate to get it to vibrate. Please help, you guys know all about this.
