try screaming, or singing loudly.  alternatively, foster good communication with those around you.  if you are going to scream, try not to scream your throat raw.  the objective is to get most noise out.

when i am in a dream, and ask myself "am i dreaming", the answer is always a clear "yes".

fr me invisibility is often a feeling of relaxation and inconspicuousness.  i will have been laying on a couch for an extended period of time, with people walking by and never noticing till i move.

they are too wrapped up in their own thoughts, and i do nothing to distract them.

well i read a couple more posts, saw that the conclusion i just wrote was kinda done before... and not only that, but spirit_girl needed to ask why it matters!

ok, so you believe in reincarnation, right?  you need to live life well now and every moment, so that every moment is filled with life and love... filled with god.

if you think of it more self-centeredly, then you do good in all your lives so all your later lives have a better world to live in.

of all those effects, some snowball quite dramatically.  ever hear of this guy named jesus?  or another named mohammad?  or another named Ghandi?

i've only read the first, original post in the thread.

all of the things that we do, all of the different ways that we interact with other people...  every time we say "hello" and every time we stand up for something we believe in... all of this creates an impression on those around us.  that impression is in turn passed on by impression ad nauseam.  pretty much its like this:  the tiniest little thing has significant and identifiable effects on everything... in the long run.

still haven't read the whole thread, but i would like to point out something:

on the second page, starting with kalonek's post, there begins a contest of realities.  interesting, and i thought i would point it out.

i would also like to say that all of the realities presented are equally real... which is to say completely real or not real at all.

i haven't read through the entire thread yet, just wanted to point out something:

if you ever wonder whether you are in a dream, you will KNOW.  right now, you ask yourself if you are dreaming.  unless you are very confused, you will say "no".  when you are dreaming, if you ask yourself whether you are dreaming, you will definitely say "yes".

tried and true, the only difficulty is getting to the point where you actually ask.
