Messages

I have been trying to project for some time now. I can relax and averything goes paralized and then I can quiet my mind. I then get the shaking feeling (kinda like a pulse) but thats it.... Any advice for a newbie?

I had this dream the other night I just cant get out of my head.

I was in the hospital and I was walking down a corridor with carpet on the floor and made a left turn. I entered a kinda Kitchen. To my left there were large bottled drinks in a chiller and to the front-right, there was a bench. I walked up to the bench and noticed a unknown woman cutting onions on a wodden cutting board. There were a few Nurses I know roaming around the room talking and being frendly. I walked past the bench and towards the a room with a big wodden sliding door. A unknown man walked out of the room I was about to go into. I went in after him and made another left turn and to the left of me, there was a small, dirty broken toilet. To the right of me, there was a big, comfortable, clean toilet. I woke up after that.

I'm a little confused about the dream. Can anyone help me out?
