about 2 years go i tried to have a obe i got some funny feelling but then i gave up
but i started to feel sleepy and with no energy and its getting worse.
did something get hold on me and sucking the life out of me and how do i get rid of it

I used to have plain were my heart is every time I try to astral project.harder i try more painful it became so it made me give up.

I have not been here for long time but this post got my attention.
not too long ago I did not know what to believe was it real or not.
I have had a slight experience in astral projection that made me think.I know what a dream is and my experience was not like a dream.
maybe you need to read more posts and have more astral projections
before you can say it's not real.

i read Astral Dynamics 2 years ago and was anable to put the book down[]
and i got Ultimate Journey last week but i did not like the book.
it was very Confusing and a lot feels kind of made up.
is Robert Bruce makeing a new book about the astral planes?
