As "grown ups" it is our duty to teach and guide the "kids", otherwise how else are they going to learn. Did you never argue for the sake of it with your parents / friends even when you knew they were right?
Patience and tolerance of others is not easy for some, but the rewards are most satisfying when you can achieve them.
