Maybe you would want to try taking a shower 30 mins before sleep.
Oh and also,try eating an hour before sleep. Maybe some carbs. Doesn't have to be a whole meal but going to sleep on a empty stomach makes you more prone to projection(or projection related things). Also, your room temp should be slightly cool. Warm and humid air tends to interupt sleep slightly, perfect trigger. Try to sleep at the same time evey night, follow a normal sleep and awake pattern. Decide when you are going to sleep, don't be in that in-between phase of watching t.v. and falling asleep.
