I've got Astral Dynamics and Mastering Astral Projection and have read them each several times. I also have about 100 eBooks that I've all read as well.

Is there one you recommend for beginners?

In my opinion this forum is better than all the books you will ever read. Someone should turn all the good topics and posts from this forum into a book.

I'll definitely start spending more time reading on the forum, thanks. But I still think some books have some good info to get you started. I'd like to get a book that I could read at night and would help/inform me on how to AP/OBE. So..anymore suggestions/advice?

Hello, I'm really sorry if I posted this in the wrong section; if some mod can move it to the appropriate section, it would be appreciated.

I'm one of the newbies, who's been trying to astral project. I try AP every once in a while and when I fail, I quit trying. Now I'm really starting to get frustrated and I thought that maybe there is a book out there that could help me. I haven't read any book on AP/OBE's but I think it would really help me if I do. I've had sleep paralysis a few times and that was that. Anyways, can you guys recommend any books for newbies. I'm sure this would help out other members who are struggling with AP. If there's already a thread, I'm sorry. A few books that sparked my interest on Amazon were:

Ok, what to do after you're paralyzed?  Wait, see if there's any other symptoms (like vibrations or hypnagogic imagery/sounds) then try energy body loosening, then go to exit techniques.

Ok, so I've been on this forum for quite a while. I don't make posts everyday but I enjoy reading everyone's replies. I have been trying to OBE for quite a few months now. But I can't do it.

I'm a beginner and I have gotten better in focusing and meditation, and I have started to experience sleep paralysis quite more often. Now the question, I know it's been asked many times, but what do I do after I get sleep paralysis? I'm getting really frustrated. I used to be scared of experiencing Sleep Paralysis but that's not the problem anymore. I know there are a lot of threads but I don't understand most of them, or they simply don't work. I would like to receive some suggestions on what to do, when I'm experiencing Sleep Paralysis.
