I had some success in lucid dreaming but curiously, API totally slipped out of my mind !
I remember creating the image, it was very refreshing 
Actually, i took a pic on the web (don't even now where the pic has been taken and if it is copyrighted or what) and just put the pyramid...a very straightforward procedure 
I am pleasantly surprised by the success API had, since the last time i went on the forum, the Api threads grew out of proportion !
I want to go there !

Do you you know this recording made by the compositor David Hykes and the "harmonic choir" in a french chapel ? This is the most spiritual thing ever recorded in my opinion !!! Higly recommended !

Hmm...this is a little on the "dbz" note...
As you all know, i am located in Japan now and tonight as i was looking for a video to watch in a video store, i had the funny idea to watch the japanese version of "zodiac knights" (i don't know if it was the same title in english), in japanese: SAINT SEYA...
It was for more than 15 years i didn't saw this japanese animation !!!( i was around 7-9 years old) I felt very nostalgic and to my surprise, i found that i didn't forgot a lot of the characters, actions, sounds etc...
This anime was finishing aproximatively when the firsts episods of Dragon ball (not dragon ball Z) were released.
It made me thinking a little and realise how inconsciously, i was influenced (in good in my opinion) by this manga. In fact it pushed more on the "spiritual path" than the catholic "sessions" i use to have with others childrens of my age. I remember it was how i learned for the first time the zodiacal signs and theyr symbolism hehe...
To resume (because my lack of knowledge in english must be frustrating for you too): the works of imaginations did more benefits than the works of religion itself...
Differents generations are present on this forum but i'm sure everybody here can think, remember of a movie, a book, a toy, a song wich did so much to give the envy, the urge to progress, to go further the apparences...no ? [|)]

i would like to know where do you feel the vibrations are starting in your body...
I have vibrations whenn i am trying to AP, i'm not successful yet so i can't be sure if it is the good vibrations, it starts at the base of my skull where the spin joins the head and it eventualy expends to other parts of my body.
The weird thing is that after an unsuccessful session i usualy unable to sleep and get up (and generally it is at this moment that i'm going on the forum)...but i can still feel the vibrations in this precise place [:O]
Is it common ? Or did i broke an astral bone [|)]?

Today i have been interupted in my work by a big surprise...
An huge Thunderstorm came on the Kanto area (region of Tokyo) and surprised me in Tokyo. I have seen Typhoons and earthquakes in Japan but i have never experienced a so big thunderstorm...it was MINDBOGLING !!! Japanese are accustomised to the incredibles forces of nature but for a french it is very impressive, believe me.
Just above my head were beautiful purple clouds filled with electricity, the entire sky looked like an old neon tube. I could count at the peak near 4-5 lightnings per seconds...almost all didn't felt on the ground but when it did...what a SOUND !!! I could feel the sound like a monumental air-pressure. The air was so electric that the hairs on my arms stood still...it is the first time i really realised the huge power of the thunder. The most magnificient and frightening roar of our mother the earth i have ever experienced...it puted me in an altered state of mind...it was, i can say, a spiritual experience [:O]
Even if you pay...i would never try to project myself in such thunderclouds...so powerful that i'm sure it reachs not only our physical reality but the astral too. I couldn't help thinking about the thunderstorm located on Saturn...impossible to imagine...do a search on it if you like to feel very very little...[|)]

I have this little trouble when choosing my posture in bed before trying to OBE...
It is incredibely difficult for me to sleep on my back, but when i am on my side i have a lot of difficulties to feel my astral body...
I read in another post that it could be an idea to turn my head a little (because i usually get too tense with my jaws and throat) so i think i will keep trying on my back...
Anyway ! What are youre favorites postures for escaping your body...and WHY ?

That being said, i wanted to relate a little experience of projecting with Salvia. It happened this year and was the further i ever been in projecting (wich is not a lot as you will see).
It was the first time i tried to use and meet Salvia, after eading infos, reports etc...i thinked it was time to try.
I start with ridiculous amounts in my pipe, to start safely, accustomize myself to the effects and avoid confusion...but it was confusing !
Finally i reach the good dosage and lay on my bed, eyes closed.
I feel the presence of someone behind me, an old lady in black clothing (i knew how she looked even without seeing her directly).
At this point my conscious was "normal" like in everyday life.
Subitely i could hear little birds singing (from my flat in Tokyo, the only birds i can hear are crows, so it was a good change), the sound of running water like a little river.
I felt "physically" that i was in North America, it could be in Arizona, Texas or Mexique...anyway a desert place, with a property who looked like a ranch or something...i felt they were people waiting for me and encouraging me to come. I must precise that all those things weren't visual but only "body informations", like if i "saw" with my body. I detected another presence at my feet. A very little man doing something with my feet. And then big surprise, i felt pulled softly but firmly out of my body, the upper half of my body sat but the rest (legs) didn't moved at all. Needless to say that i was soo happy to experiment this ! But then the experience stopped subitely and everyday "reality" was back. The whole thing lasted 5-6 minutes, aproximatively...
Weird ! I didn't looked for an out of body experience at this moment and to be honest, it was for a long time that i didn't thinked about AP...so i went on internet and found this site...[|)]
I wanted to know if some of you had similar experience with Salvia Divinorum. And of course, i wanted to inform you that there is a plant which makes Astral projecting (it is in fact very common with this plant as you can see, reading "trip reports")...

I have a little problem and would like to know if someone experienced the same:
I usualy sleep with my girlfriend. When trying to astral project there is no problem at the begining (relaxation, chakra opening, etc), my girlfriend usualy sleeps deeply when i am on this state.
But when i reach the "moment when i could exit" BAM she moves or awake a little and makes the bed to move, making the experience to fail...
This is very strange because doesn't move at all but only when i arrive to this precise moment...i wonder if she inconsciously feels that i am going to leave my body and makes me staying there...
I don't want us to sleep separately so i would like to know if someone have any ideas, suggestions...[?]

why don't you use a mobile phone ? I don't know in your country but here, in Japan, most mobile phones have at last 5 differents programmable alarms with differents melody or buzzers...
I started to try your method yesterday, cube, and i woke up in paralysis, very effective indeed ! I couldn't escape this time, so i assume that i'll take your second advice and will breath deeply...

Don't worry for the pyramid ! [8D] I sampled one of the three great pyramids in Egypt, so i am sure it is a "good quality pyramid" haha[]...please note that now it has its own life in the astral as the API's pyramid...
As for me, i had visions of Api but couldn't reach it yet (because of my poor projections skills, it is very easy for me to obtain visions but i still can't "enter" those visions[:O])...
